Subcategory
The new Subcategory feature is great for organizing our gift shop items, but it's biggest downfall is that you are NOT able to access, edit, or add to Subcategories within the Inventory app on the POS terminals or handheld devices. This makes it very difficult to enter new items that we want to place into a Subcategory, especially if they have an already existing barcode that we want to include with the item when creating. It is tedious to scan the item, create the item, then have to go back into the Dashboard on the computer to add the item to the Subcategory.
