Gift Receipt and Transaction History and Automatic Stock Count
I am requesting a 'gift receipt' option please for a customer who wants the amount hidden on a second receipt because the item is a gift. Two Clover employees I spoke to have never heard of this.
I am requesting please a longer transaction history beyond 30 days. This allows the flow on an inquiry from customer to staff to move quickly and efficiently. My staff should not have to pause to look at there phone or laptop or tablet to go to the website to find a transaction beyond 30 days.
I am asking please, when 'adding an item' into the inventory system that the stock be changed to 'Automatic Count' instead of manually. This should be obvious when there's multiple stock to have it counted down.
I am asking if there's a way for a customer to purchase a gift card and (for example) purchase a candle in the same transaction/order and not have to do two separate transactions.
