Revert back to original Order transaction dispaly on Clover Dashboard
With the latest update in Clover Dashboard, I am now unable to view open orders directly and there is no way to filter easily to see the details of open orders. On the clover dashboard Sales Activity > Orders, there is no option just to view open orders history. On the Home page of the dashboard there is a Activity section of "Open Orders" which used to provide a direct filtered view of Open Orders but now just goes to the main Orders page with no filters applied. I need to actively manage my open orders at the restaurant and Clover took this away from me.

The Orders tab was recently updated to look functionally the same as the Transactions tab. We are unable to see line details per ticket (now must tab over where line items are listed separately and not sorted by ticket), and not able to view Order Notes (which is where our business enters a patient identifier for quick search and review) without going into each ticket. This is unmanageable for a business that uses these previous features for reconciliation and quick search for patient inquiries and satisfaction. The expectation is now that we go into each individual ticket to try to locate identifiers for tickets if the patient is not added in Clover? Hundreds of tickets? Please change the display back to the previous model which included the Order Note and line item charges.

I do not like the new update 8/12/2026. When going to Orders, and entering in the ID for the receipt I am looking for, it does not pull up all the information like it did before. It takes several more clicks to get to all the information then before and is more time consuming. I have to go through a few steps to get the information I am looking for, then back out and start over for the next receipt. Very Inefficient. Is there a way to back out of the update? or change the view/setting to show more information after entering the Order ID?

I cannot begin to understand why on Earth, Clover programmers continue to make the software worse. I manually transfer orders from Clover to our Quickbooks on a daily basis. For years, it was as simple as just going to the web dashboard, sales activity and orders and then all the orders were available without having to click on anything (with the exception of an order being long, where you did need to click the order in question). Today, I log in to check on morning sales and now it is an absolute joke.
For me to access an order to transfer it across, I have to click the order in question, then another page opens with the order details and then I have to click again to view order receipt to get the actual receipt.
3 clicks instead of 0 or 1.
How is this improving or streamlining anything??
For years, Clover has continued it's stunning inability to fix what is not broken and never fix what is actually broken. What a joke!

Include details in a report for each transaction that include line item(s) total amount and payment method. The pre-update Sales Activities - Orders screen had all of this data and since the upgrade it has neither.

Feedback for Clover:
The recent update to Sales Activity > Orders removed the ability to view line-item details directly from the orders list. Previously, merchants could quickly identify specific items, such as a custom-created "Custom Tip" item, without opening each transaction.
Now, users must open each order and then view the receipt to see line items, adding several extra clicks and significantly slowing down transaction reviews.
Requested Change: Please restore line-item visibility in the Orders view or provide an option to expand orders and view line items directly from the order list. This would greatly improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary clicks for merchants who regularly review order details.

Since the new update on the clover website, I am not able to see the description of what is being rung up in the sales Activity/ Orders section. Now I have to click on each transaction to see the receipt on what was rung up and if there is any notes for that transaction. The version before this, I could just see it right there without clicking on more steps. Please revert this back to what it was. This is a inconvenience and takes up more time trying to balance a day to do it this way. This was a bad choice on who thought this was a good condensed version.

Under Sales Activity, the Order category used to show the details of the order. It no longer does. Please revert that section to the old way as showing the details of the order is extremely helpful.
