Inventory Management needs improvement
Inventory managment needs critical updates to perform for retail businesses where control of items directly impacts our assets and bottom line.
Ideas
1. I should be able to select a product from inventory and see all the sales (date/time/etc) of that specific item without having to generate a report for a time frame.
2. adding functionality to be able to enter a purchase order of items coming into the store in one setting where item quantiy is updated, price is updated, who entered the inventory by employee...
3. so many areas of inventory management is lacking for small business and retail. There is zero control of inventory to add or delete, theft by employees, etc.
4. When a refund is given to the customer, that item is not added back to inventory automatically. and it keeps the refund as an open ticket. so much extra work for admin of the business that is repetitive and not efficient.
