Activating 20+ gift cards at a time
The merchant would like the ability to activate more than 20 gift cards with the same amount at one time. Currently, if a customer wants to purchase 200 gift cards, the merchant can only activate 20 at a time. This limitation means the customer would need to make 10 separate purchases or the merchant would need to activate the cards one by one.
Raising the activation limit or adding a bulk activation feature would streamline this process, allowing the merchant to activate more than 20 gift cards at once, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Add Customer
It would be nice if when adding a customer onto a new order that the option would be available to send the add customer page to the customer station for them to fill-out instead of the associate being the one to ask them their information and fill it out. Possible a pop-up asking associate to send page to customer or not.

Bulk delete spam customer profiles
Thousands of spam customers were added (not sure how!) and need to be deleted but currently the only option is to do so one by one. They are all from the same invalid domain @example.com so would be very easy to bulk delete. Not sure why this isn't a feature already.

Customer Phone Database
Hello,
Can we get a Database that links Card numbers to phone numbers automatically like how xxxx does it. I am tired of having to enter the SAME customer's phone number in every time they purchase something. It is embarrassing that this system doesn't have the ability to remember things like this. Also it would be nice if another Clover user just entered the customers phone number and then they come to me, it would already be there to text them their receipt.

Gift card balance on payment receipt
Please allow the remaining balance on a gift card to automatically print on the payment receipt. It slows down a business when they need to go to the gift card app to see the balance

Sort Customer List!
About 6 months ago, Clover's Customer list on the dashboard and the Customer app on the device sorted customers by most recently added. I relied on sorting the customer list by recent for my business functions. Now it only sorts customers by alphabetical order. It's a small change, but it has greatly impacted my business.
I think it would be great for everyone if we could sort the customer list by criteria, such as:
- *Recently added to the customer list* (important)
- Recently paid/ordered
- Phone number (starting digits from low to high or vice versa)
- Alphabetical

gift cards
Please allow the Sales Overview to populate third party gift card information in the "Gift Card Activations" section of "Sales". The Register app populates Gift Card Redemptions as as Item but activations are not captured. Not acknowledging third party data for gift cards creates a gap in sales and tax reporting which makes bookkeeping more difficult than it has to be.

Being able to see Rewards Member point totals, notes, and names from the reward selection screen
In order to better serve customers, it would be nice to see their total lifetime points, account notes, and be able to customize customer names from the register terminal when selecting rewards accounts. This is especially useful in a grocery/retail setting where you may need quick access to this information.

A Promo that can be paid for
Merchant wants a redeemable raffle ticket linked to customer profiles that the customers pay for. For example, $100 ticket for all you can eat gourmet buffet on Sunday) this would need to be redeemable on the device and linked to the customer profile. Customers should be able to purchase on the clover consumer app or in store. Apparently other systems already have this option.

Language Toggle
Currently Clover notifications sent to cardholders are sent in either English or French based on what language the merchant is set up for, could we add a language toggle to notifications and web portal links (invoices) so merchants can be notified in their preferred language.

Satisfactory Rating after Customer Makes a Purchase
We would like to take a survey or have the customer input a satisfactory rating 1-5 stars after a purchase is made. Hoping if we can link customer transactions to satisfactory rating we may have a better chance at fighting chargebacks for the merchant.

Loyalty tier annual instead of lifetime
ALL decent loyalty programs require customers to earn status each year -- it is not a cumulative lifetime thing. Making the "Regular" and "VIP" status something to earn annually would bring you to maybe the year 2000 in terms of relevancy of tools.

Add a Setting to Add Reward Points Only When Gift Cards Are Purchased and Not When It Is Redeemed
Currently, card holders may earn Clover Reward points (A) when they purchase Clover gift cards as well as (B) when they make purchases using the gift cards, resulting in the business giving out double points to customers in both occasions. Please add a setting so that the business can choose when to give out points. With the current design, Clover Rewards is advising the merchant to manually adjust points, but it is not acceptable for businesses to spend time to adjust individual customer points.

Ability to see ACH details under the customer profile
Merchants would like to be able to see the ACH details under the customer profile as well as be able to filter or search for customers that have an ACH on file v a credit card on file.
