Flat fee on item option when creating an invoice.
We need to be able to select the "Flat fee" option created in our Clover settings under Tax Rates and fees. This needs to be an option for inventory items we put in an invoice that gets sent to our customers. In the city of Miami, Items under 5k require a county surtax of $50 on top of the 6% state sales tax.
