Tip options
option to pick what type of sale we are running. So, it can have an option for a tip or not an option for a tip.
We would like the tip option to show when collecting payment for services rendered by the esthetician IE: Facials, but not to show for collecting payments for the doctor. IE: copays or deductibles.

Many restaurants take deposits. Now the server is not getting tipped on the deposit amount

Remove "None" Option for Tips
Ability to remove the "None" option for tips. Customer can select "custom" and type in $0.00. ****** POS doesn't even have "none" They make you type in $0 in custom. When customers see that as the first option, they automatically think it is okay to not tip.

Add Tip Option on Online/Emailed Invoices
Please add the option for a tip in online/emailed invoices. Currently, a tip can only be added before an invoice is sent. The only way I would know that a catering client would like to add a tip is to ask them before I send an invoice. This feels awkward and unprofessional. Thank you for adding a tip option for customers to select/add their own tip amount online.

Accepting tips on Virtual terminal
There is no way to recieve tips on a virtual terminal. I would like this to be made available. I do not want it to be a percentage of a sale but rather at the customers discretion

Tipping on delivery phone orders
When taking orders on a Duo that is setup for tipping on the customer facing display for counter service is wonderful. The issue is that there is no ability to allow tipping on paper receipt for phone orders on deliveries when customer isn't present. Currently it's either or. Delivery orders need to have that ability. Other POS systems offer that, why can't Clover?

Bar tip out
Need the ability to allocate a percentage of individual net sales from one employee to another. (ie: allocating 2% of each individual server's net sales to the bartender at the end of each server shift).

Flat tipping "above" a specific threshold
For the Smart Tipping feature, flat tipping "below" a specific threshold is available in "Tip Suggestions". It would be nice to add flat tipping "above" a specific threshold as well. Some customers spend $200 to $300 and leave a $5 tip. The merchant can post a minimum tip amount on transactions over a specific dollar amount on the menu so the customer is aware. This would be a great feature to protect the waiters and waitresses.
