In the Clover Setup App you can choose when an item is fired to the order printer, aka when you hit pay, when you hit save, or when pay or save is tapped. Similarly, there should be a feature like this for when an item is decreased from inventory, when pay is tapped, when save is tapped or when pay or saved is tapped the stock count should go down. (Perfect for limited specials for full service restaurants)

Yes the refund should follow the employees not the manager who did the refunds.
