If I understand correctly, you are recommending it is a sub category. I agree this would make the system more efficient.

We really want to migrate our online ordering to Clover.

It is set up and ready to go.

Unfortunately with no method to inform customers when there food is ready it is not efficient.

It is quite surprising that Clover has not created this function.

Online ordering for restaurants is supposed to make the process easier and without this tool it is a non starter.

As well the system lacks flexibility to alter the pick up time at the time the customer orders.

The set time is really useless.

    Restaurants are fluid environments.

We may be busy but if someone orders just one item we might have it ready in 5 minutes.

If they order fifteen items we might not be able to get to it for an hour.

We need to be able to communicate this to the customer so they arrive when the food is ready, not twenty minutes before or twenty minutes afterwards.

Our current online ordering system, along with Uber & DoorDash have these features.

This should be a top priority if Clover wants to grow its business in this area.
