  2. As a service business owner in Canada, I'd love to see a plug in swipe reader brought north of the border - right now our only option is Square. Would love to see this in Clover

  4. Allow Tap to Pay option in Clover Go to be enabled by the employees and not just the account owner. Clover account owners may not always use an iPhone and to restrict enabling this option to just the owner can restrict employees from using the Tap to Pay feature.

  5. Before the Clover Go update we could see transactions by device (if using Clover go with iphone, ipad) and they were under devices - now it says "no payments" under those devices even though we have used the Clover Go. Can we get that feature back?

  6. Merchant is forced to refresh their Clover Go credentials about once ever 30 days and they would like that time frame extended to 1 year.

  7. this would apply to all service companies, like plumbers, electricians and many more. It would be nice to have a service section that is not taxed and you could do a labor rate (hourly) or other time frame and when a user adds it to the invoice you could do it in increments i.e. 1.25 hrs , 2.1 hrs. This is something that I can do on quickbooks. I do like how your app works and I hope to see this in the near future. it would make my invoicing cleaner and less confusing for my customers. Thanks in advance…

  8. employees have found out using test mode to accept cash payments a way of stealing the cash please remove from device.

  9. We have clients that love and utilize our rewards system. It would be nice for our clients to be able to still redeem rewards or collect points with their purchases when using the clover go devices.

    We got the clover go devices to be able to speed up our check out process and now we cant utilize the full features like the main stations. It is really upsetting and making us as a business do more work on our end when again, we got these devices to be more efficient.

  10. Merchant would like to use symbols when using clover go quick sale in iOS ; Go team confirmed this is working as intended and cannot use symbols. Only Letters and Numbers.

  12. On the iphone clover go app if you pull up an order that has a scheduled pickup date in the future that information is not available. So if I am not in the store I will not know that the pickup is in the future.

  13. Clover GO v. 4.2 doesn't move/change orientation with that of the merchant's device. Would be nice to have an option to lock/choose Portrait/Landscape orientation or an "Auto" orientation which would then change with the position/orientation of the merchant's device.

  14. I use the Clover Go with my Android device at Farmer's Markets and Craft Fairs. I do not print receipts (I'm a tree hugger LOL). It would be great to have the option to remove 'print receipt' from the choices shown to the customer after making their payment. I would like to keep email, text, or no receipt visible, and hide the print receipt option.

  15. Having to wait to invoice a customer until I'm at a desktop is not only inconvenient but completely redundant to why I purchased the Clover Go in the first place. This is not mobility and is not simple. Fully regretting leaving square. .03% is not enough of a savings to make this inconvenience "worth it".

  16. Merchant and sales agents before were able to see the upcoming releases in the dashboard. They would like to have this option back as this will help them identify new training opportunity and new feature they have been expected to be added.

  19. Allow the option to save an open order on the Clover Go App. This way you can open the saved order in the Station to checkout customer.

  20. Hi Clover team - this is Mark with Fiserv. The Clover Go G1 and G2 mobile apps should have a section to enter in address information. Especially when merchants are keying in transactions in the app, address verification is very important to avoid risks of disputes and chargebacks. Is this a feature that is coming?
