Ability to add a negative dollar amount to an inventory item

C-stores need the ability to quickly give cash back or subtract an amount from the total sale for the redemption of lottery tickets and deposits.

    For lottery redemption, our store use the 3 dots at the top right corner of the register screen, you select "open cash drawer", and then you can redempt from there. Hope this help most of you.

    I would think this would be very easy to do. Is this in production yet?
    I would like to have Discount buttons rather than having to select the 3 dots and apply a certain Discount. Needs to be quick and efficient.

    This is a definite must. I have a bar that has so many items that to redo this to add pricing to modifiers that are currently set at zero and reduce pricies on the original product would be a nightmare. a busy bar just wants to hit the itme, and if it is a shot, hit that and know the price is right. Discount does not work since the service ticket will not show the discount, only the payment receipt will

    This is definitely needed, for variety of reasons like to return security deposit or lottery. The return of item through the paid Orders is not enough as there is only 3 months history on devices.
    And there is no third-party app to help with this.

    How has this not been addressed? Returns are a nightmare for our store because we do not have this functionality. Clover, please address! Retailers are hurting.

    Please allow for this! We're having to make crazy adjustments outside of the sale in order to execute a normal exchange. Cmon Clover!

    Please allow for an item to be a negative value. Several other POS systems offer this- Springboard Retail, Lightspeed, VEND to name a few.... It would really help our business.

    We used negative dollar amount on items in our old registers as a workaround for tricky returns and for trade ins. Smart addition
