The update to this should come in Q1 with some of the feature enhancements on KDS.

Yes exactly:
1) repeat whole order from Customers app (for phone orders) - almost every merchant is asking for it
2) reorder same item with same modifiers - currently you can do it only if you have permission to modify printed items, but merchants don't want cashiers to have option to delete printed items.
