Ability to reopen a table/order if server accidently closes the wrong table
Server closes the wrong table and quickly realizes the mistake. There is no way to reopen the table to my knowledge without reentering all the orders. If its a large table what a pain.

FYI, this problem has not yet been resolved. I've spoken with tech support and my representative and the only response is, "no, you can't void a payment or re-open a table with this system." Giant oversight. And now, I am stuck with these devices for another 3 years.

I have found that you can reopen the refunded order in the orders tab and make a payment on it
I have not been able to figure out how to put the order back onto the table or add more to that order so the payment covers the entire order -

I agree. If checks are closed out in error and for example a client paid with the wrong card or if the bill was incorrect, then they have to void out the entire order and restart it all over again. This seems to be a popular need to fix.

agree with this, and we need the ability to make tax remove to each item or liquiors or food

If the server closes the wrong table and the manager has to do a refund, the order on that table should come back to Clover Dining and the re-pay the order instead of the order disappearing from Clover Dining. The orders app does not say open it says refunded not allowing the manager or owner to know that the check refunded needs payment because it didn’t go back to clover dining
