Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  3. The merchant wants to be able to swipe in the Register app for the customer’s name to be saved to the order.

  4. The merchant stated on the dashboard the customers are in alphabetical order. However, on the device they are not. Confirmed with our test device here that on the device the customers are not alphabetized. As a workaround, advised the customer to search for the customer she wanted. However, she stated she would like for it to be the same as the dashboard.

  5. Merchant would like the Clover Device to save Customers's email address so that they do not have to type in the email each time for receipts, especially if it is a returning customer.

  6. Allowing the data fields in the customer app to accept input from a bar code scanner would help employees easily find a client if they have a customer card assigned to them.

  7. Need to be able to enter customer information on a Clover Go order. Since it already creates a customer it should be able to put in their information.
