Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. Need a method to Zero out Rewards points for quarterly, semi-annual, annual maintenance.

    It's a huge financial liability to not be able to expire points on a regular basis. I need an "easy button" to reset points to Zero for all our customers.

    I have been told by Clover Support to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but that did not work. All the customer data and points were in-tact.

  2. Since the Station DUO (previously called the PRO) came out i haven't had a more frequently requested suggestion from my retail merchants. Typically if a customer has a phone number or email on file in the customers app the merchant has the ability to select email receipt or text receipt (on file) after the sale. This option is still here w/ the station duo however on the customer facing display the options for email receipt/text receipt will not autofill w/ the customers info on file. Rather if they desire to receive their receipt via text/email they have to manually enter…

  3. Currently Promo notifications are only able to sent between 11am-7pm EST and any promos sent before or after that time will be delayed until the next time window. Would like to increase the window of time for Promo notifications to be sent. Example 7am-11pm.

  4. Gift cards are so expensive through clover gift cards and when I submit them there should be a better system to help owners make sure their final design works. The cost is almost not worth offering to customers.

  6. Do you know how Clover now offers the ability to sell digital gift cards online from that hosted customer facing webpage that gets created...

    I think that having the ability to create a hosted customer facing webpage that would allow a merchant to put this on their website would be a great idea in the same way that they can sell digital gift cards online

    Functionality on this gift card webpage could include the ability to trace the history of a particular gift card as well as be able to do a live balance inquiry

  7. Clover should have the ability to both sell/redeem gift cards in-store and online (ecommerce). Currently, gift cards can only be redeemed in-store.

  8. I don't want to have to use a plastic card or an email for gift certificates. They are both incredibly impersonal and plastic is not eco friendly. Please create a printable and tasteful gift certificate that customers can present to their loved ones.

  10. Not really an idea as much as it is a fix (In my opinion anyway). We have 4 Clover Stations with a clover mini attached to each Station on the opposite side of the counter / sneeze guard.
    We can not "ISSUE" a gift card by swiping it on the station.
    We can swipe it on the Mini but that requires our cashiers to walk around the counter to use the Mini. We can manually Type the Gift Card in to issue it from the Station but we can not Swipe it. We were told that once you tether a…

  11. We have had multiple customers complain of not receiving an email after using the online clover gyft gift card purchasing wizard. I have a suspicion that they are incorrectly entering the email address to send the gift card to. Since the entire online gift card hinges on the fact that you have the correct email, then this should be a requirement for double verification. The current method of having to manually provide the receipt, gift card total, correct email etc to Clover manually to fix this is time consuming and leaving my customers frustrated.   14. The merchant is using Ecwid and Clover and creating customer profiles on both ( which is creating duplicate customers). The merchant would like the option to combine or sync customers from ecwid and clover

  17. Being able to merge clients in the "customers app".

    i.e. Joe Schmoe has come 15 times, but his past purchases are not all under the same profile. He has multiple profiles. If I need to look up past orders, I have to scroll through each one. I know I can create a new order under that name, but the existing profiles of him wont account.

  20. We need to be able to block or ban a customer. I had an employee sign up, save customer printed receipts and then collect all of the points and redeem the points on cash paying tables and pocket the discounted amount that was paid.
