Gift Card Enhancement request
Do you know how Clover now offers the ability to sell digital gift cards online from that hosted customer facing webpage that gets created...
I think that having the ability to create a hosted customer facing webpage that would allow a merchant to put this on their website would be a great idea in the same way that they can sell digital gift cards online
Functionality on this gift card webpage could include the ability to trace the history of a particular gift card as well as be able to do a live balance inquiry

Omni Channel Gift Card Solution
Clover should have the ability to both sell/redeem gift cards in-store and online (ecommerce). Currently, gift cards can only be redeemed in-store.

Create a printable gift certificate
I don't want to have to use a plastic card or an email for gift certificates. They are both incredibly impersonal and plastic is not eco friendly. Please create a printable and tasteful gift certificate that customers can present to their loved ones.

Issue Gift cards by swiping on a Clover Station when a Clover Mini is attached
Not really an idea as much as it is a fix (In my opinion anyway). We have 4 Clover Stations with a clover mini attached to each Station on the opposite side of the counter / sneeze guard.
We can not "ISSUE" a gift card by swiping it on the station.
We can swipe it on the Mini but that requires our cashiers to walk around the counter to use the Mini. We can manually Type the Gift Card in to issue it from the Station but we can not Swipe it. We were told that once you tether a…2 votes -
No Gift Card Email? Add double email verification for online gift card purchases
We have had multiple customers complain of not receiving an email after using the online clover gyft gift card purchasing wizard. I have a suspicion that they are incorrectly entering the email address to send the gift card to. Since the entire online gift card hinges on the fact that you have the correct email, then this should be a requirement for double verification. The current method of having to manually provide the receipt, gift card total, correct email etc to Clover manually to fix this is time consuming and leaving my customers frustrated. Thanks for the consideration.

Merchant would like the Rewards to only round up after $.51. Currently it rounds up even if it's only $3.04.

Sync Customers profiles with clover and ECWID
The merchant is using Ecwid and Clover and creating customer profiles on both ( which is creating duplicate customers). The merchant would like the option to combine or sync customers from ecwid and clover

Annual passholder discount card
We have annual Pass holders that our previous POS system had the ability to scan their pass and give discounts on the items they purchased. Employees had a higher discount with there cards and it was different depending on if it was food or retail. It also allowed us to have a more secure system and stop employees from giving out the discount of their choosing as a pass had to be scanned which also recorded the guests name. Hoping you have such a thing or can implement it?

Merchants would like the ability to search the customer app by using the Company name field
The merchant would like to be able to search his customers by First and last name and as well by company name. Right now the only search options are phone numbers, email, first & last name. But we are unable to search by company name.

Exclude modifiers from reward redemptions
Modifiers are considered upgrades, therefore they should not be included in the redemption of points/rewards. Especially if the perk is for a free item. A free item valued at $8 then becomes a free item valued at $12 or more due to multiple modifiers being added which hurts a small business.

Sort customer list by surname as an option.
I have a membership program for my business. It would be really helpful if the customer list could be sorted by Surname instead of by first name only.

Option to make tiers annual instead of lifetime
The current system offers a reward when a customer becomes a regular and a VIP, and then, for the rest of their customer life...nothing. We should be able to make the tiers annual so that customers have an incentive to make 12 or 25 visits (or whatever it is changed to) every year, not just once.

Report showing any manual adjustments made to Rewards points
There needs to be a report that shows all manual adjustments made to Rewards points by employees. Currently if an employee manually adjusts a customer's Rewards points, there is no report or logs for the owner to see which employee adjusted those points or how much the points were adjusted by.

Add employee permissions for Rewards
Would like customizable employee permissions to be added for the Rewards app in order to allow or restrict different employees roles to perform different functions in the Rewards app. For example, a permission should be added to restrict or allow the ability to manually adjust rewards points. Currently this feature is available to any employee who has access to the dashboard with no way to restrict employees from manually adjusting points.
