Caller ID Integration for Customer Profiles
I have not heard of this in circulation and would be a unique feature that most point of sales do not offer. Here is the functionality.
When a a customer calls, the system identifies the phone number and matches it to an existing customer profile in the Clover Point of sale. If a match is found the profile is displayed on the clover device, allowing staff to view or edit details, or create new sale or order. If no profile exists, it prompts the creation of a new one using the caller's information/or just phone number.

Note For Item or Service Field
When a cardholder gets an emailed receipt, they have the ability to reply to the email that comes from app.clover.com. The cardholder's email reply gets forwarded to the Inbox of the Owner/Admin on the account. I have a client whose owner does not wish to receive these replies from cardholders, but I am told by Advanced Support that it is not possible to turn off replies or to redirect them to another email address within the company. I would like to suggest a future enhancement that would allow a merchant to adjust these settings.

Fix your 2-Fator Authentication
Fix your 2-Factor Authentication, I do not want it turned on and I will turn it off and as soon as I turn it off and logoff, when I login again, it is back on again, turning itself back on again, then I have to wait for the code to come up to type it and it doesn't pop up right away. If I wanted it on, I would turn it on. I DO NOT WANT IT ON. I WANT IT "OFF"!!! IT WASTES MY TIME. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!

Option for customer to provide a rating/review on device
Provide an option to have customer provide immediate rating/review when completing a transaction on device. Ex: "How did we do today?" 1 - 5 stars.

Option to select a saved email to send the receipt to after a transaction
After we process a payment, there should be an option to select a main email accounts to send the payment receipt. At the moment, we have to manually type in the email account each time we want to send the receipt to our email.
This will save time and also reduce error by not needing to manually type in the email for most transactions.

ease of tracking customer's points/rewards
I was told that the points/rewards would be tracked on my phone/app? and I would be notified when rewards were ready. How many points do I need? How do I track them or correct the records?

gift cards
Please allow the Sales Overview to populate third party gift card information in the "Gift Card Activations" section of "Sales". The Register app populates Gift Card Redemptions as as Item but activations are not captured. Not acknowledging third party data for gift cards creates a gap in sales and tax reporting which makes bookkeeping more difficult than it has to be.

Kiosk rewards needed to be added
Customers need to be able to Get rewards for their Clover Kiosk purchase. Most Repeat customers are using the Clover Kiosk. ..I understand maybe not redeeming their free reward on the kiosk but at least get their points. I called clover support and they said that its not a feature at this time and to come here to post the suggestion/ request

Customer Information
I want the ability to have the Customer Information show up under the Orders Tab like it did once before. This is very important for when we want to see who we are delivering to without needing to always print the Order or Payment Receipt.

Bulk delete spam customer profiles
Thousands of spam customers were added (not sure how!) and need to be deleted but currently the only option is to do so one by one. They are all from the same invalid domain @example.com so would be very easy to bulk delete. Not sure why this isn't a feature already.

Please add the ability to offer a referal bonus to a customer that brings in a friend.

As a business owner, the most basic and essential promo of buy one get one free (BOGO) is missing in your features and there is no good way of doing this. I would think all of your customers would benefit from being able to run that type of a promotion. It could be for the same item, or it could be for select comparable items, or even at a category level. This is not a reward. It is intended to be a promotion to get customers in the door.

Customer Purchase History Transfer
Customer purchase history needs to be able to be transferred from one Clover sales channel to another. At this time there is no 3rd party app to assist with purchase history - only customer name. This is important for repeat business and for the merchant to engage on going with their customers.

“Points towards perks” should actually reflect points
“Points towards perks” should actually reflect points. I entered a receipt code from a $3k, purchase the receipt said “Get 3707 points towards perks”. Then I entered a code from the same establishment where my receipt said “Get 12000 points towards perks”. I got the same exact 5% off QR for the $12k purchase as the first purchase. So there are no points - this is a garbage gimmick. And if the “point reward” is chosen by the vendor, perhaps you should advise them that not offering a “reward” would be better than finding out they give everyone the same…

Allow more then one reminder to the client to pay their invoice.
Today you can only send one reminder to the client to pay their invoice. Most other providers allow you to send as many as needed to encourage payment.
Today you have to cancel an invoice after sending one reminder and create a new one. This is a waste of time.

Exporting contacts for email automation - Moosend specifically
I had square and could sync my customer data to my email platform (Moosend), now I see that I need to purchase an app, however I can't find one that offers compatibility with moosend and I'm not going to switch my email platform. I also can't believe what cost me nothing extra per month (Square), I now have to nickel and dime to add on apps to provide the same features I once had before. I wish there was more INCLUDED with clover.
