Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  3. Wants to be able to limit modifiers on rewards program. So that customers can only add limited toppings modifiers.

  4. Please, please, please add the features below asap...
    -Allow merchants to merge duplicate customer profiles
    -Allow merchants to export all of the sales data for individual customers (needed for frequent buyer programs etc.)
    -Provide different options for sorting customer names
    -The customer search function needs to retrieve any part of the customer's name. For example if the customer has two last names the search function only works if you search for the first one

  7. Do you know how Clover now offers the ability to sell digital gift cards online from that hosted customer facing webpage that gets created...

    I think that having the ability to create a hosted customer facing webpage that would allow a merchant to put this on their website would be a great idea in the same way that they can sell digital gift cards online

    Functionality on this gift card webpage could include the ability to trace the history of a particular gift card as well as be able to do a live balance inquiry

  8. Clover should have the ability to both sell/redeem gift cards in-store and online (ecommerce). Currently, gift cards can only be redeemed in-store.

  10. I would like to customize the text that is displayed on the customer facing mini to encourage people to join our reward program. Similar to what I can do with tipping, just for this.

  12. I don't want to have to use a plastic card or an email for gift certificates. They are both incredibly impersonal and plastic is not eco friendly. Please create a printable and tasteful gift certificate that customers can present to their loved ones.

  13. Non-profit needs the ability to export each transaction by customer at the end of the year. If you add this feature, it will greatly expand Clover into non-profits.

  14. we are a non-profit organization. We need to show customer name on a receipt. Today, printed receipt shows customer name, but online receipt does NOT. We must show customer name one-receipt.

  16. This is exactly what Square does, and it works wonderfully and seamlessly. When a customer pays at a Square terminal with a credit card and inputs their email address for a receipt, the card number and email are automatically associated and saved across the network. From then on, any Square terminal will automatically email a receipt to the same address when that card number is processed.

    Presumably some customers will not want this option, even if the address isn’t used for marketing purposes, so there should be a way to opt out.

  19. As a customer it is annoying to have to enter my email address with every transaction. Square is able to retain a customer's email address (presumably tied to credit card).

  20. Not really an idea as much as it is a fix (In my opinion anyway). We have 4 Clover Stations with a clover mini attached to each Station on the opposite side of the counter / sneeze guard.
    We can not "ISSUE" a gift card by swiping it on the station.
    We can swipe it on the Mini but that requires our cashiers to walk around the counter to use the Mini. We can manually Type the Gift Card in to issue it from the Station but we can not Swipe it. We were told that once you tether a…
