Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  3. One merchant called in looking for a way to filter his customers by transactions - if we could get a new filter added to the Transaction page this would allow merchants to track successful/unsuccessful payments per customer without having to check each individually

  4. Merchant knows how to add to customer list for promotion opt-ins, but would like a way to schedule an automatic email to the list every time there is a promotion to the people who have opted in.

  5. Phone numbers are added to customer file with dashes but would like to search without having to enter the dashes. Basically have a pattern search auto insert dashes .... example: 4127891234 and have it show as 412-789-1234 and search for number with dashes for match.

  6. I think it would be great if a customer could register, or at least be notified on the screen when they sign for their order, for our rewards program. We do not print receipts for customers unless they request one, and they don't always want a receipt (email or paper), so the best way for customers to know about a rewards program, and to join would be on the screen after they pay or while paying!

  7. Merchant would like to be able to see the Customers App customized by Last name, or to see an optional way to switch between alphabetizing by first or by last name.

  10. *Having issues selling merchandise and a gift card in 1 transaction.
    *Not able to sell multiple gift cards of varied amt in 1 transaction.
    *Would like to be able to have a receipt issued for each gift card sold when doing multiple gift cards of same value.
    We were able to do this in valuelink before.

  17. When creating a new promo in Promos app, make selecting individual items (not just categories) possible. Merchant can only select individual items in the Clover merchant dashboard

  18. A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.

    ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.
