ORDER RECEIPTS

Please have the option for the select to have the line separators printed on the order receipt. Just like to print customer information on the order receipt settings, i have owners that like the line separators to easily identify the next item on order receipts.

    Bring back the easy "Print Order Receipt" button after payment is collected. It used to be an easy click. Now it is hidden under "More Options" and slows down the register process when we need to print a second order receipt to give to the other work station. Also causes more errors as this step is now easily missed and was how we created our flow when the button used to be there!
