Gift card value should be accepted as a payment type through online ordering. Limiting gift cards to in-store use is a hassle.

Thanks for reaching out. The feature should be available if the merchant is enabled on Gift card

What is this.. 2001? Open up an API for Clover App Store Developers to start integrating this feature into their online store plugins. And please give the ability for Owners to process gift card payments from the Virtual Terminal, so they don't have to be standing in front of the POS Terminal.
