Allow QR code ordering from table/table without being required to pay.

Would like to be able to start tables/tabs for customers and have customers able to order additional items with the QR code to their tab without having to close out(pay).

    this is a great idea.
    I've had merchants ask for this to be an option too.
    Just had one ask for it yesterday.
    Can we make this happen?
