GrubHub/Doordash/UberEats Menu Pricing
With the direct integration to Clover for Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats, the menu on these third party platforms will be cleared and replaced with their Clover Menu... specifically the items enabled for Clover Online Ordering. This means that their in order to use this integration, a merchant would have to list the same prices as their direct online ordering page. Most merchants have their own online ordering page populated with lower prices than the ones on third party platforms in order to protect their bottom line. Can we build in a mechanism that allows for a percentage price increase before the menu is populated to these third party platforms?
This feature is rolling out to all merchants with online ordering enabled. If you do not see this feature, please make sure you call the support team and request enablement.
Thank you

in regards to online ordering, when you POS is integrated with DoorDash and UBER eats, the same 'online' price would be present for clover online ordering as well, this doesnt' make sense as uber and DoorDash charge unto 30% commission, meaning that the price on clover online ordering would be the same (but not offering delivery or any other things to customers) you should be able to make your clover online ordering a seperate pricing then uber / door dash - many restaurants at this time can not offer the same price in house and on uber / DoorDash due to the commissions and therefor have to mark up their prices to cover the commission fees, not being able to change the clover online ordering price to reflect a 'non commission' price is not good and makes many not want to use it. Please consider having the CLOVER online ordering able to be a different price than uber / door dash to let restaurants showcase a better online menu / price more reflective of in venue pricing (not 3rd party pricing)

I would love to change prices for integrated online order such as doordash or grubhub so they are higher than clover online orders. They charge a fee for each order so we need those prices to be higher in order to not lose money.

Clover has invested in valuable partnerships for the integration with GrubHub, Door Dash, Uber Eats. The challenge is that these platforms charge fees equal to or exceeding restaurant profit margins at 15% to 25%.
The only way these partnerships are a value to restaurant owners is the ability to increase prices on these platforms exclusively to offset these fees. Currently Clover does not offer the ability to do this and requires the use of our own online menu for these integrations.
It may be as simple as the ability to build a second online menu that links to these partner integrations. Clover's messaging markets to use one menu across all partners, however these integrations have no value at all without this functionality and Clover is missing the boat on the most important aspect of these partnerships. Please help.

Agree! This is a critical request. We were told when we were sold our Clover system that this was already possible, and the #1 reason why we purchased it. Now, a month in, we find out this is not possible, and we will be required to use the delivery app tablets and printers.
