Kiosk and KDS Issues
I have a problem with KDS and the clover Kiosk
First the KDS have an issue that if we adjust the size of the text to large or largest we lose the word takeout and dine in with the kiosk orders and it shows just like this ex; (Kiosk..) and the only way to fix it by keep the text on the small witch is hard to see and we are facing the same issue with the due orders so we have dine in and to go order type on the Due, and on the KDS does not show the customer name if the text size was on large or largest because the KDS put the customer name in line with Dine In instead of underneath it like the Kiosk orders
Please resolve this issue ASAP
2nd The Kiosk.
when you click on Dine in or Take out the first thing the customer see is All Items and the items in it randomly organized without us able to reorganize it or even to take the All item option out completely because it confuses the customers so please give us the option to start with our category not with All Items.

the text size on the KDS is a big problem Because if we increase the text size so it will be clearer for us to see it will miss the customer's name so the KDS will display ( Dine In Jos....) and underneath it in the second line (in store visa smith) even if we make the text on the smallest some long names have the same issue, plus if the order was placed on the Kiosk it list the customer name on the second line not the first one like the orders placed on the Due station so our staff gets confused because some time when the customer place order on the Due and give us his name but his credit card has deferent name so the KDS display it like this ( Dine IN Sam ) and the second line ( in store John ) because the customer uses John's Card to pay so we get confused especially that orders on Kiosk lists the customer name on the second line For Example First line ( Kiosk- Takeout ) second Line (in store John) and back to the first Issue the text size if we increase the text size to default or large it will be displayed like this ( Kiosk - T....).
If you please fix the text size issue and one of the best ways is by stop displaying on the second Line ( in store ) it does not add any info we need to know through th KDS and there is no need to list the customer Card info as well on the KDS it is just an un needed info on the KDS believe me the les info the better because all what we need to know is dine In or Takeout and the Customer name and we need the text to be large so we can see from a distance so it will be much better if the first line ( Dine In ) or ( Kiosk Dine In ) and the second line ( John) and I think by making it this way it will give more space for the larger text to be displayed correctly. -

We have an issue with the text size especially with KDS because when we set it on the default or the large or the largest we lose the customer name or the order type as dine in or take out especially if the order is coming from the Kiosk because the order type says EX ( Kiosk Take out) but it shows it as EX ( Kiosk T...) and if the order coming from the Due station it says EX ( Dine In John ) but instead it shows it as EX ( Dine In J..) because the name is lined up with the order type instead of underneath it like the Kiosk orders and that is very very inconvenient for us because we have to put everything in our hands as foods or drinks to click on the order to make bigger so we can see if the order takeout or dine in or to dee the customer name so we can call it and if we make the text size at small we solve the issue but we cant see it very will because the text is very small especially the modifiers.
my suggestion is to reduce the text letters for example K-Takeout instead of Kiosk Takeout and show the name of the customer in the second line for the Due orders like it shows in the Kiosk orders
