Receipt
On the receipt it doesn't show merchant copy or customer copy neither it shows Approved or not approved. It would be great if these points are mentioned on the receipt, because at times merchant forgets which copy belongs to who.

Print Numbering for Online Orders
Online orders also needs to be numbered when printed to the Kitchen. Online ordering, content to be printed along with numbering should function exactly as ordered from the device.

customers company name on receipt instead of personal name.
our customers may send in another employee to pick up product for their company. we should be able to use business name instead of personal if we want to. not to mention employees need to know the name of the owner or we have to enter it in the till kind of funny

Change Font on Additional Charges
Please update the font on the receipts!
The font on the receipt when using an "additional Charge" in "Setup"
is the same font as the Subtotal!This is throwing off our customers. Please help! SOS.

Item count displayed on Clover device and receipt
Merchant would like the option of the item total amounts being purchased on the order to be displayed on the device and receipt. It would be easy for the to keep track of what total of items the customer is purchasing.

Order printer: Date/time stamped on order receipt should take less space!
Currently, date/time stamp takes too much space and waste a lot of printer paper on kitchen printer. We should able to customize the font size in more levels. The date/time stamp's font should be smaller than customer name and food items' font.

Item price include in total price of items on Receipt
If the customer buys two coke for a 1.00 it going to be two dollars plus tax. He would like the item cost to appear on the receipt with the total of the items purchased so the customer know how much they are paying per item.

Kitchen order receipts need larger letter size, bold
Kitchen order receipt letter size. Need larger size like XL, jumbo 1. Jumbo 2. Current L size can only seen from few feet, station to stove can be far. Please make larger letter and bold option. Kitchen use short food name ( alternative name) paper space is not problem.

Order Printing based on Modifiers as well.
Would like to printer order information based on Modifiers. Cook orders with their modifiers print to one printer and salads and the adds holds print to the salad printer for the waitstaff to work on.

is there a way to add an item to an existing order and print off a receipt just for that one item instead of having the terminal reprint the whole thing?

Print Order Number Only
Please enable a way to print just the order number for customers to hold onto. It is a waste of paper to print the entire receipt just for the order number. The customer should have the ability to request a receipt in which case the order number ticket and the receipt will both be printed.

Remember Position On Transactions List
After a recent update the Transactions app wont remember the position on the list after a payment is clicked.
Ex>
Merchant will scroll down to reprint a few receipts from a previous day. Merchant will reprint one of the receipts but when going back to the list it will take her back to the top. She will have to scroll down again to the desired day to reprint the next receipt.5 votes -
Show individual item totals on receipt
The merchant would like the individual totals to show on the receipt when more than one item is purchased . For example 6 of the same items will just show one grand total instead of how much is one item.
