A report that will provide with a list of items and and the respective sales tax amount for each.
I am looking for a report that will provide the following in a single report by item:
1. Item name
2. item price next to it
3. sales tax amount related to the item. If item is Non Taxable it should reflect zero tax next to it.
There are not reports in in clover that shows this information. I just spent 3 hours on the phone, and went up to a supervisor level and the best that they could do is send me to this site to put a request, and maybe get a resolution in the future. Assuming it…1 vote -
Monthly Service Plan keeps increasing
Me and my friends have been using Clover for a couple of years now, the only thing we didn't satisfy is the service plan kept increasing over a year without notifying the user, or explaining why is there an extra fee, what the extra functionality does Clover offer to the us that the service plan just keeps increasing over a year. Because if the plan keeps increasing the end of this year or next year. I would likely cancel and just use the other POS systems with a fixed monthly service fee. Add TeleCheck Decline Reason Code
For clients using TeleCheck ICA on Clover, we need to provide a decline code for failed transactions. My client McCoy's used Payeezy for TeleCheck, and they were able to see the decline codes in Payeezy. Since they converted to Clover Gateway, they can no longer view these decline codes in the Dashboard. This is a critical loss of function they really need to manage their customer service experience.

PAYMENT DATE SORT IN TIME ORDER

Can customers select the options more than once?UBER EATS OFFERS THE OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE THE RULES OVER THE CHOICE OF AN EXTRA ITEM, BUT CLOVER DOES NOT.
THIS MEANS THAT MY CLIENTS CANNOT SELECT MORE THAN 1 TIME AN EXTRA. IT ONLY WORKS IF I ENTER EVERYDAY AT EATS MERCHANT AND ACTIVATE THE OPTION OF "How many times can customers select any single option?"

REMOVE OR HIDE SALES REPORT FROM HOMESCREEN
The sales report is displaying on the home screen of clover device. And our merchant don't want that. Could you please find a way to remove or hide it from the home screen.

Closeout Total
The Gift Card transactions have recently been added to the "Sales By Card Type" Report. That is not a problem. However, the gift card redemption total is also being added into the Closeout Total for the day. The gift card money was collected when the card was purchased - not used. It should not be added into the Closeout Total. The closeout total with the gift card amount then does not match the deposit amount. It's an extra hassle for a retailer with multiple gift cards being redeemed daily.

Individual User ID Reporting
The merchant would like a feature to allow individual user id to pull reports that only show what that individual user id has captured in sales. We are an academic institution with certain levels of information (donors) that we don't want student employees seeing. However still want the students to have access to the reporting function. So we need them to be able to pull reports but have certain information blocked out to their specific account reports

Combined Orders are considered Deleted
We review our "removed items" monthly/weekly, its good to see items that have been deleted but and order that is combined is considered a deleted order. that makes it look like there a lot of deleted items when in fact those items were just moved to a new ticket.

New dashboard update is not user friendly
The new dashboard update has deleted information/reports and or information that no longer is able to be download it such as as the line item report that was found with the orders report. Now we need to spend time at looking at many other screens when doing research by specific transaction. Clover needs to allow consumers to either go back to the old dashboard and or offer better software for different industries besides retail and restaurant. those being nail, hair and spa salons. very disappointed with new update.

November 6, 2023 - Close to end of year, and Clover has decided to eliminate Year to date reporting AND the ability to request a report?
Bring back reporting features ASAP. The ability to produce year to date and year end reports is vital. Now you can not even request a report. This is an important feature. It's not like you can cut and paste 3 months at a time in a report like "Item sales Report". PLEASE BRING THIS BACK ASAP!

my name is Claudio and i am the new general manager of a Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.As the new manager, I'm looking into costs and expenses and i'm having some issue with the Clover reporting system.
The location has been open since 2015 and, since now we're expanding and opening 2 more stores, I'd like to see if make sense for us as a business, to keep opening in the morning here or not.

Please separate deposits from fees
When I view deposits and click on a specific deposit, it shows me the deposit and then a list of fees. This particular one showed a deposit of $239 and $64.11 in fees. My jaw hit the floor when I saw this. I called my account manager who had to call Clover and figure out that this was the amount for the whole month and not that one transaction. It shows the amount transferred was $174.89.
There is no transaction on my account for that amount. Listing that amount only confuses people. I understand this has something to do with…1 vote -
Display background color changes for color blind employee
The update to the clover system changed the background colors through the display screen and the payment machine screen. With the current selections, my color blind employee cannot see or use the system. Accessibility options to change the background colors would solve this issue.

Custom report option/ data specific report creation
Hello, I need to have a custom report to run on Deleted Order report with date/time stamped Item Order detail for investigation into theft so that we may tie in date and time stamp for each item ordered so that we can have coordinated evidence with video surveillance system date/time stamp. Could also be a custom report that we pay for and coordinate with a database engineer so we get exact information needed.

Short Shift-End Printed Report
Is there a short summary report that they can print out after they are done counting that shows if they are short or over? In our old POS, my employees attached such a report to their end-of-shift deposit envelopes twice a day.
