Kiosk Items and pricing should not be grouped with Online
I purchased 5 different terminals from Clover including a Clover Kiosk station, flex, duo, and minis only to find out that the pricing for the kiosk items are the same as what's displayed online. We charge different prices for online orders using clover integration with uber, door dash as these third party companies charge a huge cut. I do not understand why a kiosk that is processing orders instore have to be categorized with online orders and not with the pos such as the flex. Im trying everyway to work around this issue by not assigning items to categories to prevent kiosk items priced differently to show up online. We cannot upcharge our customers who uses the kiosks instore. There should be a button that allows different pricing insertion for online, kiosk, or pos all within a item creation. This is a huge problem as I do not know how I can use the Kiosk station without having customers scroll through an endless item list with no categories to easily find their items. Please fix this prompt. There is never a reason to have a kiosk separated from the store itself such as a flex. Please please fix this issue as we do not know how to use the Kiosk now. Thank you
Hi All
We are introducing the ability to have different menus by device. It should be fully rolled out to eligible merchants by early Q4.
Thank you for your patience and we hope you find this enhancement useful

Online ordering is great, and integration is great, but it would be REALLY great if we could simply have categories such as POS / UBER / SKIP / DOOR DASH and have the price we want to charge in each, then the menu is automatically (integrated) and updated on the 3rd party site, 3rd parties charge so much for their service its almost impossible to offer the same price inside as you do on 3rd parties and you should not have to make a 'copy' of an item to do this, which can lead to mistakes, make it streamlined and integrated
