Welcome to the Clover Restaurant Forum. You're here because you are a Clover Restaurant merchant and would like to submit ideas that you feel would enhance/improve Clover's current offerings in the Restaurant space.

Clover Dining: Ideas related to table management and the Clover Dining experience.

Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more. If you have tipping suggestions, please include these ideas in the Tipping category of the Taking Payments forum.

Engagement: Share your thoughts on Clover’s built-in software that allows businesses to manage customers including viewing/storing customer information.

Clover GO: Clover GO is a mobile POS system designed for businesses that need to accept payments on the go.

Hardware: Ideas related to Clover hardware in the Restaurant space

Inventory: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clover’s inventory management software.

Invoice: Ideas related to Clover’s Invoicing feature.

Kitchen Management: Ideas related to KDS, Kitchen Printers, etc.

Menu: Share your thoughts on all functions that specifically have to do with Clover’s menu creation feature.

  1. Ability to send the closeout report to more than just one owner

    Many businesses have more than just one owner and many times these owners or bookkeepers CPAs would like to receive the Batch Report

    Admins should have this ability / permission since often owners are not the ones who manage their POS

  3. Permission control tweaks

    A permission control that allows who can and cannot add Additional Charges. There Should Also Be More Than One Additional

  4. Tip pooling

    Most bartenders pool their tips so the tips app should be able to do that for certain employees and run the correct report at closeout

  5. Transfer tips between employees

    Crucial since servers occasionally close out the wrong table

  6. Improve Shifts App calendar for time edits on Web Dashboard

    Time punches can be edited from the web dashboard but the calendar picker does not allow the user to pick the previous day and only allows who hours to be selected. This is not useful to correct time when an employee forgot to clock out the previous day and/or the time is something other than the whole hour.

    Users can click into the field an manually adjust the date and time, but the date picker should either be eliminated or functionality improved.

  7. Homebase Shift Report

    Need to have access to the setting for the Homebase Shift Report. Kitchen employees don't need to see PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, TIPS, SERVICE CHARGE on the printed shift report only what their shift time was when printing report.
