Save report filters
We would like our reports to save automatically so we don't have to reset the filters every time. It'd be ideal if the Dashboard could display the filters we have already set so we do not have to recreate them every time

Allow Quantities Over 99
This seems like it should be a very basic feature, but it is super frustrating to not have the capability to enter item quantities of over 99. If I had known this wasn't possible I would not have purchased Clover. However I did not think about it not being available because it is ridiculous. I have had to redo my entire inventory as bulk items and has increased the complexity of orders and really slowed down efficiency and accuracy of staff. I've called multiple times and no staff person at Clover can seem to even answer why the quantities are…

Item Price Tracking
It would be super helpful if we would be able to track an item's price history and see who made the change.

item sales report
To ease in importing report into Quickbooks, it would help to remove the category name and possibly the modifier name from the Items sales Report..
It would be great if the export allows for selection of line items. Same for all reports.1 vote -
Critical Inventory Reporting Gap Affecting Retail Performance
Hello Clover Product & Development Team,
I am writing to formally revisit a feature request I submitted earlier this year regarding inventory reporting. At the time, I was advised that this functionality was “not available,” but I want to clearly express how critical this gap is for retail businesses and why it deserves serious reconsideration moving into 2026.
As a brick-and-mortar retail store owner, I rely on my POS system not just to process sales, but to make informed business decisions. Currently, Clover does not provide a clear way to view:
The date an item was entered into inventory
The…

Reporting - Category for Existing Reports
There are many existing filters for reports, except categories. For small businesses categories are important to differentiate sales and allow posting of entries to an accounting program. Adding a category filter to existing reports would be a simple fix and help immensely to ease our operations.

"Mark as Completed" Button for Pick Up Orders
Pick up/ Shipping order notification with QR code.
It would be good to have a button "Mark as Completed" on some active orders so when the order is completed it sends a notification via text/email to the customer telling them the order has been completed with a QR code generated if it was marked "for pick up" or the tracking # if marked "for shipping".
When customer comes to the store to pick up we scan the QR, it would open the order and not allow the release of the merchandise ONLY until it's paid in full for partially paid…

Re-Order button option.
Add a button to "re-order" in the customer order history. B2B business would be more efficient and convenient if it has a re-order option. Going to customer profile/orders, you select a past order to see the details and you can start a new order with it as a base. After hitting the "re-order" button you are given the chance to check the items the customer wants to re-order in the new order with updated pricing in the register app, following this flow you can even add another option to "add more items from another past order" (in case the customer…

transactions of every single item
I would like to see every single sale that was made with an item. for example, you go to inventory, pick an item and get a list of all sales, with dates and prices. Ideal would be if you can also go from this sale to the transaction, to see the customer. Also when in orders or transactions I would love to click on the items there, to see it in inventory. hey, we're in the 21th century, that's no rocket science for a modern system and statistics is what makes a good inventory software!

Choose Multiple Devices in Reporting
We need the ability to choose more than one device in reporting. Currently the only options are All Devices or the individual devices. Please include an option to choose which devices to include in a report.

Retail Reporting Showing Orders that were PAID, but NOT on the day ordered.
Our market frequently takes call-in orders that will be picked up on a future date. We need an option that will show all orders paid on a particular day, separate from all sales entered on a particular day.
Also, we need a report for the processed credit card batch that shows the date, time, order number, and a list of the individual order totals, instead of just the total by card type that was processed.

"Labels," "Printer Labels," and "Revenue Class" Confusion and Data Structures.
"Revenue Class" is the primary driver of the Sales Overview report and it should be. The item attribute that populates "revenue class reports" and lists on Clover devices is "Labels." In other words when you create a new item, you choose the "revenue class" by clicking on the "labels" field. Please change the attribute name "Labels" to "revenue class." After that is corrected, make the "revenue class" field exportable. Right now "Lables"/"Revenue Classes" export as "printer labels" and when reimported, populates the "Printer Label" field. In your "Instructions and Glossary" tab of an Item List Export, you don't list "printer…

Inventory on hand reports
Create an Inventory Valuation Report which shows item, quantity, unit cost, unit price, extended cost, extended price. The report which currently exports to Excel is very disappointing and requires substantial work in excel to obtain the info needed.

Keep customer Promo opt in status when moving MIDs
I have a prospect I'm working with who is currently being grossly overcharged by their current processor and looking to move to us. They use Promos often, and wanted to know if they'd have the ability to do so after moving to us.
I spoke to presale support and as well to the customer engagement team, and they confirmed that when I move the contacts to the new MID, it does not keep them opted in to Promos.
The customer's opt in to Promos is consent given to the business, not to the MID, so changing the MID should not…

Detailed Category Reporting
First, customization of reporting is very limited with Clover. Other systems I have used have had far more extensive options to customize and tailor reports to our needs so my first suggestion is to greatly increase the customization options for reporting.
I am specifically encountering an issue where my business requires separate accounting entries based on tender type and operation category. However, Clover does not allow filtering by category within tender type, nor filtering of tender type within a category so I have no way to account for category tender types other than individually tallying items. It seems to me…

Add features like buy 1 get 1 free Offer
I migrated my pos to Clover and I am not that happy. It has no basic options like giving offers to customers like buy 1 get 1 free or buy 1 get 50% off to each product.
When we add each product to the inventory, need the option to add offers to each products.12 votes
