    1. Display the total quantity of items being purchased.
    2. Provide a high volume alert or beep different sound when a barcode fails to scan. 3.Automatically separate EBT/FOOD STAMP eligible items from non-eligible items before the customer completes the purchase.

  2. Hi! It would drastically speed up inventory adjustment to be able to bulk edit price and cost of multiple items. We want to be able to select multiple items directly from the "home" item page and enter a new price and/or cost that applies to all items selected.

    We have an inventory of over 12,000 items, most of which are art mediums with around 150 color variations each. These variations are listed as items in our Clover inventory, and with the recent and frequent price increases, selecting as many as we can on one page and updating the price one…

  3. I would like a way to automatically generate graphs within clover desktop for item sales reports for individual items so I can see sale trends within a certain period. For example we would like to track our tomato season sales from March to May. Thank you.

  4. I need to create an invoice feature that, when there are multiple same items shows the price of each product on the invoice instead of only showing the total quantity and total price without any breakdown. Every time customers receive the invoice, they don’t know how much each product costs and have to ask again to confirm.

  5. Because many fields are not required when the data is entered, my convenience store staff have entered hundreds of items through the years with no category, no revenue code, no cost. Just a name, price and barcode. It is beyond painful to give hours of my life to export item sales... dig through it to find those records that are wrong. Then fix them.

    On the item list screen. Each filter option should offer blank, empty, or zero records. Heck, if you could sort the blank ones to the top. Imagine if a user could filter for all items with…

  6. Data entry should be fast and easy - keyboard only. Tab, enter data, and tab again until finished. NO SCROLLING! User should NEVER have to scroll 37 miles down the page to read what could easily fit on one page.

    Change the control property on each section to "can grow/shrink" instead of being hard formatted a particular size.

  7. When adding inventory - allow the admin to require some fields to be populated.

    I.e. - cost, category, revenue code. Basically any field should be required or NOT at the merchant's choice.

    This would force the user to enter data according to the requirements of the merchant and reduce or eliminate painful clean up tasks.

  9. Please, please, please fix your inventory export report to be useful to retail businesses. At this time, you only have the ability to export ALL items and the report comes out with latest items added. Plus, the headers are not even accurate and you can't quickly re-sort it because you have taken the Revenue/Category off every item and grouped them by variant. Retailers need to be able to pull an accurate report of IN STOCK by category/revenue stream at any given point. The only way to do this right now is sorting by items and printing a PDF that is…

  10. Clover, please listen to us and not just mark not at this time. The retail inventory management view and reporting is horrible. Retail businesses run themselves on what is in the store and remaining not just what has been sold. The fact that you have that information for item sales so easy to view and export it should be the same for the in stock inventory.   11. It would be great to add the ability for partial payments to be made on an invoice with a toggle to enable or disable per invoice. This option is crucial for invoices that require a deposit then full payment due at time of service/delivery.

  12. Currently, when an order is completed and "Pay" is selected, Clover immediately opens the payment screen. To add a customer's name or phone number, staff must go through additional steps, which slows down the checkout process.
    Request: Before displaying the payment options (Cash/Card), show a simple pop-up with fields for:
    Customer Name
    Phone Number
    Skip Button
    This would make customer information collection much faster and more efficient, especially during busy periods.

  13. We have multiple owners in our business but only the 1 email account can access Disputes. This should be available to all Admins if we can only have 1 email associated to Owners.

  14. I have over 800 bolts of fabric, 15 machines and hundred of notions/patterns. While they are in categories, if I need to add a replacement to my fabric , I have to scroll through all 800 bolts to find what I want. Please enable Inventory under the different categories to be placed into alphabetical order. I would also recommend the categories be alphabetized. At times my zebra won't pick up bar codes so then I need to go through everything to find something. Please, Please make my life easier!

  15. Please make an option to Bulk Edit > Delete from within a category and subcategories. Currently we have to delete each individual item from within the item profile. Extremely time consuming. Bulk deleting items from within a category only deletes them from the category, leaving them uncategorized and lost in the abyss of a large inventory. We need to be able to delete items within a category from the entire inventory, not just from a category/subcategory.

  16. This set of screens is very inefficient. The old version was much better. It feels like a entry level programmer with no user experience code it.
    Issues:
    1) A recent bug - the right hand scroll bar has disappeared so there is no quick way to get to the bottom of the screen where Product Code (UPC) and Sku available. Must mouse scroll to get to any field.

    2) There is a lot of wasted space as features not used are defaulted to expanded versus be defaulted to collapsed. Either default each section (taxes and fee, Modifier groups, Categories, etc.…

  17. For my retail business, the default list of columns isn't useful and since the system times out every 15 minutes, we must frequently reset the column list or drill into the detailed item update (which is VERY inefficient). Since this app is targeted to retail, it is surprising Product code (UPC) and SKU weren't part of the default column list design. (feels like a hold over from the Clover restaurant focus)

    1. I am requesting a 'gift receipt' option please for a customer who wants the amount hidden on a second receipt because the item is a gift. Two Clover employees I spoke to have never heard of this.

    2. I am requesting please a longer transaction history beyond 30 days. This allows the flow on an inquiry from customer to staff to move quickly and efficiently. My staff should not have to pause to look at there phone or laptop or tablet to go to the website to find a transaction beyond 30 days.
