Paying part of invoice with gift certificated
Not normal that we have to split the invoice when customer’s paying part of the invoice with an gift certificated. And in second idea, not normal at all that we have to print 2 differents receipt for having print the amount of the gift certificated and the second transaction with money or card! Everything should be on the same receipt. And we should be able to take to ways for paiements in the same transaction without having to split and losing too much time….

Item list scrolling issue
Add "Reset pages to top each time category list is closed" to register settings. Prior to this year, custom item arrangement within each category would reset to the top of the list every time it was accessed. Now, if you scroll to the bottom of the items within a category and exit, the next person to pull up that category finds it in the spot where it was left. Staff can no longer quickly ring in frequently purchased items (that are at the top of each category) because the list is not appearing at the top each time. New issue…

Feature Request for Clover ; Reorder Option via customers app
Dear Team,
I hope you are doing well.
We would like to check how we can add a feature that could improve workflow efficiency in the Clover system. When creating or viewing customer details, it would be very helpful to have a “Reorder” option available directly within the customer profile.

Bottle Deposits
Recycling efforts are growing nationwide. In most states, Bottle Deposits are non taxable. We need a native Bottle Deposit App that provides the option for bottle deposits to be Non Revenue AND/OR Non Taxable Modifiers. This feature should also enable Bottle Deposit returns to be clearly credited on the customer receipt.

Need Item Sales report to show only the selected categories!
Item Sales report should show ONLY the total of Categories selected, not the total of all items. And when printing, the names of categories and products don't show. Can you please fix it. The new upgrade makes all the information in a smaller screen. Can you change it back?

Stop making Reporting Worse!
I would like to see adjustable columns on reports, the ability to add more columns in (such as current inventory in item sales reports). The ability to export to excel. We use item sales and inventory for our ordering but the last set of update has made this not useful using the web portal. We now have to go through our inventory item by item once or twice a week (with over 10k items), and hope we dont miss anything.

Combine Employee Records
We cannot currently reset SMS on an employee account or update the email address. When a new account is created with new information, the records are not connected.
Request to be able to combine employee profiles. If discrepancies exist, choose which account to use the information from.

Alternate field now missing.
I am not a restaurant but I have been using the "alternate name" field for over 7. years and not on the restaurant plan. Suddenly that "alternate name" field is missing. I have a lot of key information in that field. I use it for part numbers and other descriptors for over seven years now. Removing that field from an existing plan without checking how it may impact customers, was short sided. Please bring it back to the other plans. I can still search for info in that field but cannot edit. What happened? Please had that field back.

Being able to Attach Discounts to Categories
It would be very helpful and save time if we could attach discounts to categories, so that when we ring up customers, the different categories, that have different sale prices will just automatically be applied instead of having to click on each item and apply a discount. Which is time-consuming.

Increase number of digits allowed when selling a "Per Unit" item
While doing an itemized invoice on the Dashboard, I am unable to enter any amount greater than 100 for items that are saved as "Per Unit". For example, I want to sell 1200 square feet of an item that is aleady saved as "Per Unit" and the "item unit" is set to "sf". I am able to do it on the Register.

Tagging Customers as Tax Exempt or a Specific Discount
We have multiple customers that are tax exempt and some that receive an automatic discount with each purchase. Other than putting it in as a NOTE in the customer information, there is no way to designate these as options for these customers and they are often forgotten. This seems like a very easy thing to do. We just need to be able to mark certain customers to automatically apply tax-exemption and/or a specific discount each time we enter a transaction. Discount Stacking
please provide a setting that automatic safeguards employees from accidentally stacking outside discounts to an order. For example we have a reward system that we use, and that system will periodically send out a $5 off coupon for their birthday. What I'm looking for is a way that clover can detect multiple outside discounts (birthday coupon, military, etc.) to the same ticket. Stop the de-alphabetization of items in a Category when deleted on the POS.
Made the mistake of deleting items I no longer have in my inventory from a Category on the POS. This Category has almost 1,000 items. Since everything needs to be manually entered and alphabetized, I wanted to make it easier when adding new items to this category by deleting items I no longer have in inventory. Upon doing so, all the items within this category de-alphabetized!! This is 4 YEARS of inventory no longer in alphabetical order. Bring back the ability to uncheck "All Categories" in the item sales reporting!
I have around 100 categories that I need to reference sales reports on and it used to be that I could go to the drop down and uncheck "All Categories" and then select the one I needed. Removing that option now means that I have to uncheck a hundred categories to isolate the one. Please replace the ability to uncheck all!

Restore "Un-Select" All Labels for Items Report
The latest update no longer allows users to run single label item sales reports without manually unselecting every other label for every report. We have 73 labels and need to run individual reports for them every month, so deselecting 72 labels 73 times a month is just impossible-- particularly because the selection dropdown resets after every click. Please restore this option ASAP.

The Clover Software really should take a priority on helping retailers with the inventory management>export>reporting features.
