Are you able to add the date an item was entered (or last updated date) and the last time it was purchased? This is important because it will help monitor items that sale and items that don't sale. If the item doesn't sale then this could help identify what items should go on sale or be discounted. This could also shape the direction of the store and keep movement within the store. This can also help with all the trends that change on social media. This can also help see items that are doing well in the store.

For example, A item received 05/27/2024 and last purchased 05/24/2025.
You could also add how many of the item has been purchased since being entered into the system.

For example:
Shampoo 1 entered 05/27/2024 with a quality of 12. Last purchased 05/24/2025. Items purchased 1.
Or
Shampoo 2 entered 05/27/2024 with a quality of 12. Last purchased 05/24/2025. Items purchased 11.
I'm more likely to reorder Shampoo 2 and put a sale on the Shampoo 1.
