Implement Reward Description/Rules
Currently, there is no option to add a description or terms to an ongoing reward. It would be very helpful to have the ability to include reward rules and restrictions directly within the reward details.
For example, I would like to specify that rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and that clients must choose either the promotional offer or their rewards. I would also like to state that rewards expire one year after they are earned.
Having a description field would help clearly communicate these terms to clients, reduce the need for manual explanations, and minimize misunderstandings or misuse of rewards.
