Please make the items on the Due shows the photos which makes it much much easier and faster to navigate the menu for the staff

Reattempt to print online orders that didn't get sent to the printer
Sometimes due to whatever reason, a few customer's online order will not get sent to the printer and Clover will send an email notification. It would be best if the order is attempted to be resent to the printer to prevent any misunderstanding or inconvenience. Not all merchants have access to their email to check for missing orders so just an email notification is not the best solution.

Qr code sale notification.
I would like to suggest that when using a QR code to accept a sale, that the app sends your phone a notification of the sale. I know xxxxx qr codes do that, it would be really nice if clover would notify us too. I use QR codes on merchandise that I have placed in retail locations, and I love the QR code feature! A notification would be amazing! Perhaps a little more information could be created too when creating a QR code, so when notified you would see, "Stan Green purchased a yellow whatcamacall it for $20.00 at Ann's…

Disputes Lack Info
I just wanted to leave some feedback about disputesd charges. Whenever we get a dispute, we get no information about what they are disputing. Am I just suppose to say OK, here is $200 back for no reason? I very much would like to know the reason for any dispute charge we get. Do you think you were overcharged for something? Did you hit the wrong tip amount? I need more to work with before I can even attempt to resolve whatever issue they have.

"Mark as Completed" Button for Pick Up Orders
Pick up/ Shipping order notification with QR code.
It would be good to have a button "Mark as Completed" on some active orders so when the order is completed it sends a notification via text/email to the customer telling them the order has been completed with a QR code generated if it was marked "for pick up" or the tracking # if marked "for shipping".
When customer comes to the store to pick up we scan the QR, it would open the order and not allow the release of the merchandise ONLY until it's paid in full for partially paid…

Re-Order button option.
Add a button to "re-order" in the customer order history. B2B business would be more efficient and convenient if it has a re-order option. Going to customer profile/orders, you select a past order to see the details and you can start a new order with it as a base. After hitting the "re-order" button you are given the chance to check the items the customer wants to re-order in the new order with updated pricing in the register app, following this flow you can even add another option to "add more items from another past order" (in case the customer…

Multiple Prices on 1 item
When doing a special event and you want to have special pricing only if purchased at the event, and the retail location is still open, there should be an option for multiple prices on and individual item. Example, a cigar is $11 in the store but at the event is $10.

larger quantities for items
Need to be able to allow over 100 qty for a transaction in a single transaction. We offer catering and when we serve over 100 people, we can't charge in a single transaction over 100 people.

QR Code disabling
Disable QR Code scanning. Vendors are beginning to Put QR codes and bar codes on their products. They put them in about the same place. If your employees are not careful they will scan the qr code. Comes employees go ahead and enter in something for the qr code into the inventory and put it as $0. Disable qr code scanning then we could prevent giving away our merchandise because of employee problems. They say you just need to train your employees better, but a simple fix like this would prevent it and eliminate the human error.

Merchant would like to be able to change order number by device with more than a prefix. Idea suggested would be to add an odd and even number option per device.

Receipt size on portal
We have found that the default receipt size on the portal is too large, resulting in it printing on 2 pages. In order to adjust this we change it manually using the "more settings" for the printer. I know things vary from one printer to the next but it would be nice to have the size fit to 1 (Letter) sized page or have it "Fit to Printable Area" by default.

fullfilment of orders
when an item is paid it can then be marked as ship to, partially paid, pick up and once that is done then they can mark it as such. Also create a report so they can see these items in this status.

custom item
We do not want the "custom item" button to show up on our terminal. Unfortunately, it's not optional. I was told customer service can't remove it. This seems ridiculous. We should be able to turn it off.

Online Retail
For your new online retail store option can you please make it possible that ontop of picking up your order at the store they could also choose to have it delivered. We can then set pre determined delivery pricing through Can Post and/or Purolator and arrange to have it shipped. There is no point for customers to order online then pick up at the store, they might as well show up at the store and order then.

service charge auto gratuity
I have two big restaurants that need more flexibility with service charges. The first one needs to have the ability to add more than one service charge to Clover, sometimes they will need one percentage added, sometimes a different percentage added, sometimes both. The second restaurant (as well as the first) needs the ability to have a sevice charge categorized as an auto-gratuityand have it go to the employees responsible for the check. Orders app/on account
For now, when you put something on orders and do not add a payment method, you can only go back one month in order to add payment via the orders app on the duo station. That messes up my system when I get a check futher out than one month of the original date of transaction. I need to be able to see all orders I have ever made and saved via Orders app.
1 voteThe Orders list displays the last 30 days, but stores all orders. These can be searched using order#, customer or items.
