An error occurred while saving the comment Tara commentedAmen!!!! When I finally decided to put in a bar printer (which was long overdue, because we switched to Clover in Covid and had to build business back up to needing a bartender) I got it all set up and ready for dinner service tonight. My server came to me and said "my drinks are not printing". Sure enough they won't print because they have to be FIRED and they only way to do it is FIRE ALL. Well as we all know in the restaurant industry drinks come often and randomly. It isn't like food that you order and send in courses. So if they were to hit fire all it would send all the food and all the drinks. We are a prix fixe dinner experience, so fire all doesn't work. They came out with the awesome feature of coursing, which is standard, but it just got re-released to operate better. Now this is one more step to performing better. I'm fine with having a separate printer, but I want to be able to designate one printer to fire upon saving a ticket and one printer to print on command. Please fix this...it is so standard!!!!

Want the ability to comment on why there is a removed item. Example...customer changed mind. Right now we are keeping a paper journal for follow up on removed items and discounts. Which is a waste of time when this seems like any easy fix.
