  1. How about instead of hanging up on people calling for quotes and then making them wait for the representatives to finish their new calls, you just have the representative that answered the phone help. The price of your units becomes completely irrelevant when the customer service that is received for asking for a simple quote becomes infuriating. Your system could be free and I wouldn't use it after that experience.

  2. Due to increased chargebacks, we have been advised to work with Clover technology to integrate with companies like Cardinal Commerce. Unfortunately, Clover does not have any security features to assist the businesses to prevent fraudulent transactions.

  5. It will be very useful to have the option to include a note (like a RETURN POLICY ) on the screen so the customer can see it before signing the receipt to help avoid charge backs.

  6. It would be nice if Clover had an adequate support team. When I need support, I don't want to spend 20 minutes on hold waiting for a CSR who can't answer my question.

  8. In "Orders", column headers should be sortable, a la Excel and other spreadsheets. No merchant I've got likes the "Filter" option vs. simply tapping on a column header to sort by that column in ascending or descending order. PLEASE make it like Excel! TY

  9. Your user interface on a mobile phone looked okay. But I got an error, :"You are required to complete the following fields: - City". After re-trying on a desktop browser, I saw that the UI on a mobile browser was an accident by your development team. Your server didn't detect a mobile fingerprint. It appears you've made no effort at all to accommodate mobile phones. If you choose to leave things as they are, I would suggest a border around the donor ID fields that would indicate to the user that there is more content to the right. Until, or…

  11. The most recent update has killed the communication between out credit card processing app (Econduit) and our Point of Sale (Vend installed on Ipad). Support says we cannot roll back updates to restore the connection. This has resulted in additional work, delays in checkout, and customer backup at the checkout line.

  12. Cafeteria sites have ability to add new items, but occasionally set tax flags incorrectly, or fail to add items to tax exemption rules. Would like report that notifies centralized admin of new items added locally so we ensure adherence to proper configuration.

  14. When printing out shift reports, the employees names should remain in the same order. Instead, the order goes by who clocks in first. At the end of the week when we do payroll it is very time consuming to go through all our shift reports and find certain employees.

  15. I was told that clover.com/help is the only resource available, but that information is only applicable to US users, and some features aren't available to other countries. There is no way to tell on this site what is applicable to the US and what isn't - please adjust for global usage.

  17. Merchant is requesting a feature to allow Notifications to pop-up on the Clover devices that acknowledge any upcoming Clover software updates to be aware of changes being implemented in the system.

    Merchants are receiving updates that are transaction impacting and have to learn on the 'fly' or call in for support regarding new changes.

  18. Just when you think they can't possibly make this worse, the new Items screen on the Clover website is a perfect example of adding more work and time to something that WAS NOT broken.

    First, cost needs to be on the main screen. I can't understand why this is not there. You can't sort the items on the screen to how you want to be visually displayed, nor can you adjust the size of each field. The search field MUST include the product code!!   19. Ticket Tech Support. The system should have a ticket system into the administration dashboard to report technical problems with out the need to call clover support. Very easy to use and they should have response from someone asap.
