Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  2. I operate an IT business that also performs instore and onsite repairs. I would like to be able to present my customers with a custom form with a signature field at the customer facing terminal for when they drop off equipment or when they pick up equipment. My system is a Station Duo.

  3. All Devices including duo,mini,flex. It would help a lot if the order receipt printed out with the items price, as of right now when you make an order and sve it the receipt prints out with all the info except the price of the items.

  4. Full disclosure regarding my "clover rewards not working" complaint write up:
    My previous write up was extremely critical and I want to now speak of a much better customer service experience.
    Today, tech customer service rep, Rodney, helped me to see that my rewards program is working as intended by reviewing my dashboard. My issue was not the rewards program.

  5. You used to be able to set it up to do this. I guess new version does not have this feature. Need to add this feature as We sometimes open to cash drawer to make change ever five to ten minutes.

  6. Guest screen should have equipment to be able to pivot / spin so that the customers aren't able to view what the counter is ringing in (for example, when another guest's tab is open).
    This wouldn't be necessary if we could instead choose when the guest can view the screen. For example, only view once business hit's "Pay"

    The Clover Station Duo gives you 2 screens. One for the merchant and one for the customer. The customer is able to see what they are buying and pay for it without the merchant needing to turn a screen at all.

  7. Many customers are complaining that their items that are scanned should be listed to the left of the customer facing Clover Duo Mini screen and their Total should show on the Right of the screen.

    Currently the items are on the right and the total is on left and our customers are complaining because it confuses them with the total and tax at the bottom right then a different total about to the left.

  8. There should be an option to select default keypad view on the search bar of the Register App. The default now is to show the large keyboard when search bar is selected. There should be an option to show only number keyboard so items can be searched with numbers only (e.g. PLU, or UPC).

  9. The employee cards need to work on the Clover Duo. Since there is no more fingerprint on the Clover Duo, there is going to be security issue where other employees can steal the manger passcode by standing behind the manager.

  11. When a merchant has order types enabled (i.e. Dine-in, Delivery & Pick-up) the delivery option/CNP transactions should automatically print a receipt with tip line - when Dine-in and Pick-up are selected (CP Transactions) tipping on the Pin-Pad should be the primary tipping method.

    Working with a QRS Pizza delivery shop on a duo that wants in-person tipping on Pin-Pad and a printed receipt with tip line for delivery orders.

  12. I need to restrict the ability to close or finalize a cash transaction by employee. All cash transaction sale can be finalized by manager or other authorized employee

  14. We are a grocery store that also do wholesale business, so we need to making transactions on Clover dashboard for better navigation.
    Clover is not yet built to fit larger grocery business needs.
    Hope to see a better Clover to fit our business.

Hello. yesterday my equipment for barbershop and salon arrived. but this system does not have the ability to divide tips for each member nor does it have the ability to divide the amounts by individual for each service the employee did. this delays my day because I have to do it manually daily and write down each service and its prices for each person in the barbershop. it's a problem for me. they should add an app for this to be printed individually per person per service and tips
