Change DUO programing so it autopopulates credit card info when swiping
We run a brewpub with counter sales. When customers come up we ask if they are closing out their order or leaving their tab open. When starting an open tab we like to swipe their credit card and hand that back to the customer. The customer’s information is captured under the order so we have the customer's name. Show most recent scanned item on screen
We run a grocery store and scan more than 10 items for most orders. The scanned items are shown from top to bottom. When we surpass 10, it stays on the first 10 items and we are unsure if we scanned the most recent item or not. This leads to mistakes as we have to drag it up and sometimes click on it or delete/add more of same item by accident. It is very inconvenient and unintuitive. TIP
When a merchant has order types enabled (i.e. Dine-in, Delivery & Pick-up) the delivery option/CNP transactions should automatically print a receipt with tip line - when Dine-in and Pick-up are selected (CP Transactions) tipping on the Pin-Pad should be the primary tipping method.
Working with a QRS Pizza delivery shop on a duo that wants in-person tipping on Pin-Pad and a printed receipt with tip line for delivery orders.

Set default order type by device
My restaurant has a Clover Station that primarily handles to-go orders and Clover Flex devices that handle dine-in orders. Currently my default Order Type is set to Dine-In, but this default applies to all my Clover devices. I want to have a different default Order Type on my Clover Station since this device mainly handles to-go (sometimes I forget to select To-Go and it defaults to Dine-In).

Making transactions on Clover dashboard
We are a grocery store that also do wholesale business, so we need to making transactions on Clover dashboard for better navigation.
Clover is not yet built to fit larger grocery business needs.

I love my clover POS since last year and cannot wait to change over my 2 other locations to Clover as well. However, the system lacking the feature of automatically prompt printing to kitchen once an already fired item being deleted or removed. This is first to notify kitchen not to make anymore. Returns & Exchanges need to be updated & simplified. Customers should be allowed to exchange items for any item & price in inventory..
There needs to be a way to do an exchange of merchandise for items rather than those that are the same price as the items being returned. Currently if a customer wants to exchange an item they are only able to exchange that item for something of the same value. They should be allowed to exchange an item for anything in your inventory. Example: if a customer is bringing back an item for $50 and wants to exchange if for a $25 item and a $10 Item right now it does not give you that option. It only allows you…

The station duo absolutely needs the pre auth feature.
This is not a want, but absolutely a need. Bars/breweries/coffee shops. Basically anyone worried about someone walking out on a tab needs this feature. It is less than efficient to jump to the auth tab back and forth. The auth tab also doesn’t save to an order. Even if you can start an auth then from the auth tab create an order and it saves the card to that order, that would work. Anything less than that or the original pre auth option is less than average. Basically every other system out there can do this.

If an item is not scanned into the register, have an alert that the item was not rung up
If an item is not entered into the system and an employee is trying to ring it out, it does not give an alert. It still has the same scanning ring. In VERY small font it says "you do not have the permission to enter this" or something to that effect. It would be nice to have a different "error" sound for things that were scanned, but not actually " rung up". Or have LARGE font that the item wasn't rung up.

Hello. yesterday my equipment for barbershop and salon arrived. but this system does not have the ability to divide tips for each member nor does it have the ability to divide the amounts by individual for each service the employee did. this delays my day because I have to do it manually daily and write down each service and its prices for each person in the barbershop. it's a problem for me. they should add an app for this to be printed individually per person per service and tips
