Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  2. When looking at the customer list on clover.com, I want to be able to sort alphabetically through my customers but there is no way to do this

  3. Need a method to Zero out Rewards points for quarterly, semi-annual, annual maintenance.

    It's a huge financial liability to not be able to expire points on a regular basis. I need an "easy button" to reset points to Zero for all our customers.

    I have been told by Clover Support to uninstall the app and reinstall it, but that did not work. All the customer data and points were in-tact.

  4. Since the Station DUO (previously called the PRO) came out i haven't had a more frequently requested suggestion from my retail merchants. Typically if a customer has a phone number or email on file in the customers app the merchant has the ability to select email receipt or text receipt (on file) after the sale. This option is still here w/ the station duo however on the customer facing display the options for email receipt/text receipt will not autofill w/ the customers info on file. Rather if they desire to receive their receipt via text/email they have to manually enter…

  7. I would like to customize the text that is displayed on the customer facing mini to encourage people to join our reward program. Similar to what I can do with tipping, just for this.

  10. One merchant called in looking for a way to filter his customers by transactions - if we could get a new filter added to the Transaction page this would allow merchants to track successful/unsuccessful payments per customer without having to check each individually

  12. When creating a new promo in Promos app, make selecting individual items (not just categories) possible. Merchant can only select individual items in the Clover merchant dashboard

  13. A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.

    ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.

  15. I would like the ability after adding a customer to an order through phone number, being able to access their rewards via "Select Customer" without having to use the mobile app. Same goes for non-tethered devices or clover flex. Not all customers like the mobile rewards app, and we have drive thru setup & some people find it easier to give us their phone number so we can enter in their rewards.

  16. The merchant would like to be able to search his customers by First and last name and as well by company name. Right now the only search options are phone numbers, email, first & last name. But we are unable to search by company name.

  17. Modifiers are considered upgrades, therefore they should not be included in the redemption of points/rewards. Especially if the perk is for a free item. A free item valued at $8 then becomes a free item valued at $12 or more due to multiple modifiers being added which hurts a small business.

  19. There needs to options for which notifications Customers Receive. For example - if I need to remove all old active invoice from my recurring payment plans to change a transaction start date- I do not need my Customer to be notified. This has caused a lot of confusion for the customer and me. I have no way of knowing what all notifications Clover is sending to my Customers.

  20. Clover go needs to be able to input customer info: name, email, phone number, etc. This is super important for marketing and follow-up, and I can't believe you left this important function out.
