I would like to customize the text on the customer facing mini for the rewards program
I would like to customize the text that is displayed on the customer facing mini to encourage people to join our reward program. Similar to what I can do with tipping, just for this.

Customers Update
Merchant is wanting a feature from clover to have the capability to import customers from other POS systems. Merchant is also wanting to be able to look up customer using an ID instead of the name.

a new transaction filter
One merchant called in looking for a way to filter his customers by transactions - if we could get a new filter added to the Transaction page this would allow merchants to track successful/unsuccessful payments per customer without having to check each individually

When creating a new promo in Promos app, make selecting individual items (not just categories) possible. Merchant can only select individual items in the Clover merchant dashboard

Summary view in Clover App of Businesses and Earned perks
A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.
ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.

Allow merchants the ability to text customers updates on their order that was placed thru the clover app or from the merchants website.

Customer Notifications
There needs to options for which notifications Customers Receive. For example - if I need to remove all old active invoice from my recurring payment plans to change a transaction start date- I do not need my Customer to be notified. This has caused a lot of confusion for the customer and me. I have no way of knowing what all notifications Clover is sending to my Customers.

Clover Go Customer info missing
Clover go needs to be able to input customer info: name, email, phone number, etc. This is super important for marketing and follow-up, and I can't believe you left this important function out.

More flexibility in customer communications
The Announcement functionality should allow many more characters and the ability to include graphics. We should be able to communicate to our customers however we choose.

Option to merge customer profiles.
It is extremely annoying to have 2 customer profiles after they have purchased items, and also set up a membership online

change automatic customer name retrieval from credit cards to optional
there needs to be a way to turn off the automatic retrieval of customer names from credit cards. All it does is add useless information to the customer list and make using that feature impossible.

it would be helpful to be able to use a Barcode Scanner in the Customers app
Other systems allow customers to use a barcode for an employee to search their profile in the system. It would be very helpful if the barcode scanner, (built in or USB) would be able to be an authorized input device within the Customers App.

AUTOMATICALLY POPULATE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR VIRTUAL TERMINAL WHEN ADDING EXISTING CUSTOMER.
Merchant is using the payments service plan and is able to download and use the customer app, create, edit and save customer profiles. But when he processes transactions through VT and assigns a customer to the invoice, the email doesn't automatically populate.

Ability to zero out rewards with a button
Merchant wants to have the ability to zero out their customers rewards point with a button, instead of manually adjusting the points. Also they want the capability to adjust all or multiple customers at once.
