Warning when customers do not have enough funds for card payments
Merchant wants to have a warning that says there is not enough funds for the transaction and they have to approve the transaction

If a cardholder does not have enough funds, then the transaction may be partially authorized or declined. If partially authorized, we display that a balance is due and prompt the merchant to collect payment for the remainder.

Notification should be both on the merchant facing device as well as the tethered device. "Customer Facing"

Have an notification to alert the merchant of a partial payment if there is not enough funds on the account.
