Edit the amount that was pre-authorized
instead of having to ask the caller for their card again the client would like to be able to edit they amount that was originally pre-authorized in the authorizations app

YESSSSSSS!!!! A HUNDRED TIMES YES! It already has the functionality to authorize a different amount using Pre-Authorization, so it should be easy to add an item to an existing order when the guest calls back and wants to add something else to an already completed transaction. Guests don't particularly like having to produce a second payment.
