Disable Partial Payments.

Please allow us to disable partial payment acceptance when using the sale app. If customer does not have the balance for purchase we should be able to just decline the transaction automatically like other devices.

    PLEASE add option to disable partial payments. This is a critical and simple update. We have hundreds of merchants asking for this.
