We need to be able to offer quantity discounts and for them to be automatically applied.

I have a donut shop and offer a $1.50 discount when customers purchase 6 donuts and a $3.50 discount when they buy 12. Wen they buy 18, they get $5.00 off ($3.50+$1.50), when they buy 24 they get $7off ($3.50+$3.50), they buy 30 they get $8.50 ($3.50+$3.50+$1.50) and so on.

Right now the only way I can apply the discount is by setting up a $1.50 and $3.50 discount and manually applying them to each sale which adds quite a few steps to the checkout process. It also gives the customer no way of receiving these discounts when they order online.

Another problem I'm having with Clover is that in Canada, there is GST on donuts when you purchase less than 6 so I need the register to apply GST to a sale of 1-5 donuts and not apply GST once 6 have been rung in. Right now I need to have 2 buttons for each donut. One that charges GST and another that doesn't. This only creates too many opportunities for mistakes to be made.

I get that there might be an app out there that can solve this issue but I'm already paying for Clover which should be able to handle this without me having to pay an app developer a percentage of the sale or a monthly subscription.
