Payment receipt option for us as the service provider
In my job I do not deal with customers face to face all my clients are dealt with online so I am often needing to send an invoice for payment. It tends to get very busy around here and I often forget to check back to see if they have paid their invoice leaving customers waiting longer than they should for their results. With our previous provider when a payment was made I received an email notification with a copy of the receipt to my preferred email as a reminder this was one of my favorite features whereas clover only emails them to the main person on file. Our manager should not be inconvenienced to have to alert us when payment is made as she is the only one who gets the email copy of the receipts this should be available to us as well as it is our work/transaction being processed. This was a fantastic feature and certainly much more convenient than having to keep going back looking for it. Also, previously when a payment was made and I went to print the receipt for my records it would print the details that I entered into the notes this was fantastic!! All of a sudden that has disappeared and no longer prints that info. For my line of work having that info print on the receipt was such a fantastic thing and then to take it away was certainly a big disappointment!! I would love to see this new feature added to the invoice section and the info to be printed on our receipts again.
