Printing of Order Ticket Types
Merchants would like an option of seeing the order type (Dining Room, Takeout, Online, etc.) print at both the top of the order ticket (current) as well as an option to have it print at the bottom of the ticket too (enhancement). Even though it prints in Red on a kitchen printer, sometimes the kitchen staff doesn't see the order type because it is at the very top of the ticket with the header info and/or is obscured when the ticket is hung in the kitchen.

86 an ITEM on CLOVER DEVICE
Need the ability to 86 an item quickly in the middle of service. Any employee should be able to do it as the chef yells out "86 the empanadas!!!" this way, online customers wouldn't be able to order empanadas for the day, for example. The 86 should reset the following day or whenever an employee "un86 it" to make it available again.

Multi Location Inventory NEED photos and online ordering option
Currently, when creating a new item on multi-location dashboard, there is no option to adding a picture or adding it on online ordering. When you try doing that on the individual location after adding the item on multi-location dashboard, the option for the online ordering does not appear

Individual Item Modifiers Change Layout
Restaurant version needs to add modifier Change Layout option under each item with modifiers. Some menu items have different choice options needed in a specific order. Currently, if you adjust modifier position in Modifier Change Layout, it adjusts in all items. Needs separation.

I have an item that has multiple modifiers and I would like to be able to adjust the order in which the modifiers are listed/displayed on the screen.

deleting an Item after its been sent to kitchen
Need to create a new permission where an item cant be deleted after the item has been sent to the kitchen.
The current permission that stops this from occurring is "able to edit an item after its ben printed" but this permission stops the servers from being able to add more quantities to that item like when customers reorder a round of drinks.1 vote -
Building New Items
When building new items - The revenue class option should be on the main build an item screen. Makes no sense to build the item and then go back into another screen to add the revenue class. The app shows it on the main build an item screen.

Re-order Button for Regular Customers
Please create a button to re-order the same set of items when the business uses the customer data app and a regular customer orders the same items. The app already has the information regarding what they ordered, their name, and their phone number. The business wants to pull up the customer information and just hit one button to place another order for the same items when the customer calls in instead of creating the order from scratch.

Inventory Layout
Change the inventory layout in the clover dashboard when clicking show more and coming back the inventory takes you back to the top and its very inconvenient.

Lost a 3 location burger restaurant in Hawaii
EASY =) When a selected modifier on an item is deselected and changed, keep that modifier in the order it was originally, instead of moving it to bottom of the modifier list for that item on the order ticket in kitchen.
We lost a 3 location burger restaurant because, for ex, if their customer changed from medium to well done, it would move “well done” to the bottom of the modifier list

Remove OTHER button from item screen
The need to remove the "other" button on the item selection screen is very needed. We are very regulated by the state and if someone were to use this option it would be a big violation.

The new upgraded version is too cumbersome. I like the old version so much better. Is there a way to go back to the old version especially in the inventory section. You have way too many clicks to do what is needed than the old version. The old version everything you need to do is on one screen and not having to click to open areas to add categories, item stock, etc. Can we have an option to go back please?

In inventory, it would be great to be able to filter by Price/cost in the inventory management section.

Color coding for modifiers
It would be nice if Items, Categories and Modifiers could be assigned their own color coding for easier and quicker visualization

If the prices of items are in Modifiers then the Clover Go, app does not recognize it.
and gives us 0 . So the Modifier in Clover go app doesn't work which is very important for the application1 vote -
Filter revenue classes
Please make a function to filter items to see a list of anything that has not been assigned a revenue class yet.

Stock count update from online orders
Online Orders (especially form integrations) should be updating the Inventory stock count. All the correct items are received by Clover POS, but their quantities sold do not deduct from the Inventory stock count.

critical pricing control
if i have a global percentage price increase from a vendor i need a way to adjust all my prices on those inventory items from that vendor without going in and adjusting each inventory item individually

Bulk editing for prices
I sell shoes, when I must change a price, we must change one variant at a time. It would be nice to edit faster by entering the amount once and selecting the variants to replace.

Allow Option for Stock Count To Decrease When Item is Fired instead of When item is paid
Restaurants need stock counts to have an option to decrease inventory when item is fired, not when item is paid. There should be a check box under the stock quantity section that will allow stock counts to automatically decrease when items are fired.
