Hide Specific Categories During Serving Hours
Allow merchants to have the option to hide an entire category from the register during a specific period of time. The merchant does not want the employees to see the lunch special category at all in the register outside of lunch hours and vice versa for dinner hours or breakfast. This could be an enhancement for the Happy Hours app or a newly built app altogether.

Prompt when Scanned item not in Inventory
In Register App: Merchant wants app to show a notification advising when an item is scanned but it's not in the inventory for Employee roles that cannot add items. Merchant explains that in fast-paced retail environments most employees listen for the beep and move on. This notification would help ensure orders are scanned accurately.

Easier way to reorganize modifiers on each item to create an easy flow when customer places order. Master list too complicated
Using The Reorganize Modifiers master list is complicated. When each inventory item is set up, we should be able to select the specific order of modifiers for each item for an easy flow, and thus less scrolling up and down, on the clover dining app. This is important when using the Clover Flex as there is too much wasted time scrolling up and down to find pertinent modifiers. I have even tried using a numerical system to override the alphabetize system, and it doesn’t necessarily work all the time. Each inventory item has a unique flow when placing an order…

In most cash register systems, when you sell a bottled or canned beverage that has a bottle deposit, the system can automatically add a bottle deposit (or multiple deposits, for a 12-pack, for example) to the item or order. Clover does not have a way to do this currently.

Would like to be able to see the total number of items that have have been scanned. For example, if fifty items have been scanned, it should show 50 somewhere on the screen.

Ability to edit Paid Orders
Requesting to be able to adjust or edit Orders after they have been paid. Mistakes happen where the wrong tender or item could have been selected. For instances like that, Admins should be able to make corrections when necessary, regardless if the Order is Paid or not... especially while the customer is still present and the batch is open.

Items with Variant Import
It would be great to have fields added to the clover excel import sheet that can express the relationships between items with variants.
Currently, if "Items with Variants" are added to an inventory, that inventory cannot be exported and then re-imported back during an inventory audit process. The "items with variant" relationship between multiple items cannot be expressed with the current Excel import model.

Items should delete when re-importing inventory
When you export inventory to edit via Excel, you cannot delete Items/Categories/Modifiers/Labels and have that information delete when you import it back into Clover. This takes a significant amount of time to go through via the dashboard and delete everything here instead
