Add Dispute Tab Permission for other users.
The new Dispute tab is great! we no longer need to go on business track directly to supply the evidence, instead we can do it straight on clover.
However please add it under permission so that we can give access to our dispute team to respond the the chargeback. Currently we had to give our full admin login to them in order to have access to that tab, you can imagine the issue having to give the full login to them without any restrictions to other reports and info on the dash.

The owner should be able to give permission to their Admin/GM to handle disputes. Clover has pushed handling disputes/chargebacks to the dashboard and if the owner has multiple locations or is out of town or on vacation, if the dispute/chargeback is not handled within a certain time period, the owner could lose the dispute. We need dispute permissions for the Admin/General Managers.

Agreed with everybody else here, it is INSANE that dispute management cannot be delegated. We have had to compromise our admin account with junior employees just to handle dispute resolutions.
If Clover wants to work with larger companies with multiple locations, this is a MUST!!

Is this being worked on by Clover?

This should be available to anyone the owner decides to grant permissions to

I agree completely with this. Most of the time, our merchants have a manager that handles the chargeback process and the owner does not. Clover should grant access to the dispute process to other users through their permissions under employee setup. This should be an easy fix and is needed.

The ADMINS and MANAGERS are not able to view the "Disputes" tab and this needs to change!

We have many merchants who have requested that the dispute tab be available for the owner's admin and manager users. Will this ever be possible?

This would make responding to disputes a lot easier and timely.

This is absolutely ridiculous that only the owner of the account can view and process disputes. What happens when the owner is on vacation or leaves the company.

Is this fixed? I cannot find it as a permission option.

This needs to change.

Currently only the account owner is able to view and manage disputes. As the "owner" checking disputes and responding is not something I want to be doing. I have two other individuals that I would like to manage the process but it is currently not possible to grant access to disputes to another role.

Yes, please allow owner to add others to respond to disputes.
