  1. Why is there no direct link to the developer page within the main dashboard of your account. It makes absolutely no sense to have to make yet another login to get into the developers area. This way anything you develop is linked back to your account.

We are a brewery that sells many merchandise items, clothing, hats, sweatshirts, glassware etc. Of the items we sell: beers, cans of to-go beer, glassware, signs, growlers etc. we can add an inventory number to the item, which subtracts from the inventory when we sell that item. This works perfectly for our inventory tracking, showing the total number of the items still in inventory after each day.

    For clothing items this system is not helpful or useable as it will show the number of total shirts, not what is needed, the inventory number of each different size of the shirts.…

  3. The Clover does not allow for more advanced searching capabilities such as plu for grocery stores which is crucial for business with large inventory and bulk inventory. When My merchant searches let's say 222 it comes up with all items that have 222 in them and the grocery store assistant has to scroll down forty plus options to get to the item. My merchant told me a 20 year old dos pos can do it so a 20th century pos should be able to do it at bare minimum. This is going to lose you business and needs to be…

  4. I have only one device. For years, I could simply tap on a “description” of the service I was charging for. It automatically generated the category and the price. The feature was free. When I heard that I would no longer be “grandfathered” in at that free level, I was informed that I could still have the feature if I upgraded to “essentials”. Truthfully the increase to $14.95/month or approx $180/year is not worth the feature. Because I can certainly “spell out” the service in text as an option.   6. Currently modifiers don't roll up into cost of goods sold. Example: Steak dinner.

    Primary selection NY steak COGS $11.

    Modifiers of potato, salad, salad dressing, the cost of goods sold for these three modifier groups don't roll up into overall cost for the steak meal.

    Result in higher gross margin which is inaccurate.

  7. While you can edit Price with the Quick Edit feature, you cannot edit Cost. Merchants need the ability to bulk edit the Cost of items, especially when they have items with variants, without needing to export their entire inventory and filtering through thousands of items to make the necessary changes before re-importing.

  10. I just migrated from Payeezy to Clover today, and found that there are missing some important function such as "Quick key" under POS in Payeezy. My company has a lot of automate credit card transactions from the members, and we process twice a month to upload a csv file under "quick key" to Pzyeezy so that Payeezy will generate the transactions for me. Clover doesn't have this option to me and make me may use up the whole day to enter the transactions individually. Can you add the "quick key" to Clover ASAP?

  12. Merchant is suggesting that the time allowed for customers to choose receipt options is increases. Merchant is facing "Timed Out" error and the payments sit in a pending status and orders are not sent to the kitchen.

    1. Reminder messages – have limitations – cannot be copied and sent from original invoice to sender. Only can use the Virtual Terminal to send.
    2. At this time Clover does not have that feature but we are able to submit an enhancement request in regard to creating that feature in a later update

  14. I have been using Clover for the past few months for my small business -takeout and it has been working well for me so far. Recently, I started taking online orders through clover online ordering which is a really good feature.

    -Is it possible to add a "delivery" + delivery charge option and ask the address details of the customers to where it should be delivered.

  15. Multiple item pictures. Clover Retail Growth Plan online shopping needs to have the ability to add multiple pictures to each item. Customers purchasing online need to be able to see all sides of the product as well as close-up pictures of product labels. Having the ability to only add one picture per item will hurt online sales.

  16. Clover Dining still does not have any sequenced check numbers. This is not a suggestion, this is a necessity to all restaurants that handle cash. I have been calling and posting for a while with no real regard for concern in return. Check numbers are pivotal to book keeping and making sure no one is stealing, So the lack of concern from Clover is real disheartening. All I'm being told is it can't be done, but every POS has this so I am very confused.

  17. We would love to see a SaaS plan for nonprofits in the future. I am at a CFI Agent Bank, and we have several nonprofits that would greatly benefit.

    Some ideas to include in the bundle are built in "Pay my processing fees" option, year-end donor records, and ability to send donation notices for special events.
