  2. It would make adding or making mass edits to items if there is a "previous item and next item" buttons on the top somewhere when edit a single item. This would just take you to the next item in the list you were in. instead of backing out and finding the next item.

  3. It would be nice if an image can be duplicated along with item details. xxxxx does this with a set of check boxes that show up when you select "duplicate" .

There was an option within an order that would take you directly to the customer's profile (marked by a blue box with a pencil inside of it, just below the employee's name that was taking the order). Can you please add that back in? I noticed it missing about 8 days ago. I thought it was a setting on my end, but it was due to a software update.

  7. The website application assumes all businesses using this account has a brick & mortar shop, and requires an address for the receipts, however, as a consultant, I work out of my home and do not want to advertise my home address to clients. Support suggested I enter my post office address which is what I had to do.
    There should be an option to add ie a po address (which is what I use with my clients and they know it is me- no confusion.)

  9. add option to hide any single or multiple buttons on the print/email receipt screen after transaction. also the ability to set a limit on how many times the print button will print a receipt. (10 presses results in 10 printed receipts) Currently there is only the option to not display the screen or display the screen.

  10. the authorization on the mobile ap being the same phone number as the computer/desktop platform is not acceptable because the computer that will be at the store will not be with the phone (with the card reader) that will be at a fair. and the fair will WAY too loud to hear a phone ring to be tending to the needs of the store. not to mention leaving customers to take a phone call is rude. so either the store will not be able to use the computer platform or the fair will not be able to take payments. we…

  11. the recurring payment feature would be great except that the customer receipt gives them the option of removing their card information from their customer profile, thereby cancelling the whole process and making this a non-option for our equipment rental transactions.

  13. Create a global developer account where users can actually login. Right now there's an infinite redirect.
    Try to go here: https://www.clover.com/global-developer-home/home and login.
    My idea is that the login should actually log you in instead of taking you to the login page again.

  14. I would like to be able to accept payments from both iphone and android when using QR codes. It is very odd to have to inform the customers that if they want to use this convenient feature it is limited to only one type of smartphone. We are in a Lake Tahoe and we see a ton of tourists. Having to explain this is very redundant and sometimes very challenging when not everyone speaks English. Please update!! Thank you

  15. We would love to be able to track where customers are coming from. Maybe there can be an option to enter a zip code when a customer is making a sale. Or even tracking from the zip code connected to a credit card sale.

  16. In the order screen, there is nothing to tell the server which order is the one they are looking for. There is no table number nor anything about the subject matter of the order. If we could add a column stating this information it would be greatly appreciated. If necessary, you could replace the column labeled ID/Notes as these numbers are simply gibberish (no offence intended) to us at this end of your system.

  17. During shift change between my AM Barmaid and my PM Barmaid there is about a 30-45 min overlap in which they are both behind the bar. The AM Barmaid is closing out her customers getting them to pay their bill while the PM Barmaid is taking on all of the new customers who have just walked in. Nobody at this end of your system wants two sets of hands in the till because it opens us up for problems and lots of finger pointing when the numbers don't agree with the end of shift report.   18. At this time, as I grow inventory and get in more variants sizes, I am having to deleted an item and recreate the variant item, creates twice the work. An item should be able to be changed to a variant item at any given time. Additionally, it so far has been difficult to sync with my woocommerce, it has required me to do 2-3x the work as others to sync. Very difficult. partly because of the limited ability to modify items once they are in Clover

  19. The Tap to Pay Iphone need split payments for different cards and tender types. Merchant is unable to run a payment with different credit cards or tender types, or customized payment. Needed feature
