Tax Reporting IS INACCURATE
Your tax reporting is INACCURATE.
We need a clear way to determine meals taxes. THIS IS CRITICAL.
Your tax statements and reports are a mess. We can not use what is in your reports as it blends POS taxes with delivery app taxes. We need a way to clearly show net sales and taxes from the POS.
You currently show the amount collect from each order type at the bottom of your sales report. Please also add net sales and taxes for each order type.
I've found that your tax report does not break out meals tax and no tax rows correctly. Nor does it accurately calculate the taxes.
