For clover online ordering we need to be able to use 'delivery' as a fulfillment method (not a 3rd party, our own delivery) - so that we can deliver to customers seamlessly - Clover USA has this, but Clover Canada does not, Canadian customers simply need access to the programs you already have but made available in our country. If turned on - customers can choose delivery, add an address and pay the fee with their checkout, will print a receipt with a delivery address (even better an address and unique QR code that the driver can scan which opens in google or another map program and directs the driver to the customers home) - we should be able to add a delivery 'zone' or 'radius' - required delivery fields, basic charge (decided by us) and make it easy and simple for our customers and drivers to receive and deliver orders without having to use 3rd party apps unless we choose

    Is there a reason store owners aren't allowed to choose delivery without being forced to use a 3rd party? Small town Iowa business owners provide their own drivers. There should be an option for their customers to select this when ordering online.

    Why don't you offer an online delivery option for businesses that already have a delivery provider that they pay? For example, pizza shops? We pay to have delivery drivers and we can't use to clover option for deliveries. Plus, the $6.99 fee that doordash or other 3rd parties charge seems VERY pricey. Customers in this town won't pay that when they can just call the restaurant themselves and only be charged $3 for delivery..

    My customers love the clover app because they can accumulate points. I don't want to offer online ordering through another third party app because that's obnoxious. Plus they can't use their clover points through another app.

    No customer will want to use two apps just to place pickup or delivery orders through my business.

    And not to mention the fact that the third party app (like doordash) would charge my customers an additional $6.99 just to have them deliver through that app.

    Seems steep.

    Customers will call in an order before they pay an additional $4 for delivery through the app.
