PLEASE "FIX" the WEB DASHBOARD MENU ADDING ISSUES
Please FIX the Clover Dashboard MENU ENTERING ISSUES -
HAVE already escalated and reached out to MANY Support Reps -
You CANNOT "scroll" down to ALL the fields
The ONLY way to be able to stay on the adding items page to ADD info ...
Is to "ZOOM OUT"
But you have to zoom out SOO far that you cannot see the wording
Have tried different browsers, laptops and computers _ ALL of my NEW in the past year Customers are havig the SAME issue =
IS VERY PROBLEMATIC and isw CRITICAL to them managing their menus in a timely manner without having to go to a device to enter items, categories, modifiers, etc ...
WHatever update was done over the past year to cause this - PLEASE ASAP find a FIX and re-update -
Is causing Merchants to be UNABLE to complete what they need to in a tiomely manner and m akes for a not happy experience = And they love thier CLover otherwise = Has been 2 months of different sharing issue with Support and escalated Support and not resolved
I CANNOT enter menu items either - From the Dashboard - SO that I can give my customers the service I promise ...
EVERY MERCHANT NEEDS THE DASHBOARD TO FUNCTION RELIABLY AND SENSIBLY AND WITHOUT HURDLES
NO ONE CAN SEE THE PRINT AS TINY AS IT BECOMES ONCE YOU ZOOM OUT TO SEE "ALL" FIELDS TO ADD?CHANGE WHAT IS NEEDED
